Pros:
- Cheap when there's a good sale

- The packages on sale offer many sized prints (cons: you can only get one print in the package)

- The photo packages arrive in about 2 weeks.

- They are usually good with kids (but, not with adults posing alone. You'll have to sit there and wait half an hour or an hour late for your scheduled appointment while they try to take photos of a family. They did not seem to put enough effort into taking photos of single individuals or couples without children. For the families with kids, they were taken dozens of photos-- for individuals/young couple, they took around 6 poses. Several of those poses were lousy. I saw a lot of photo sessions in the hour they made me sit and wait, as I waited an hour past my scheduled appointment time to begin my photo session)

Cons:
- Except it to be crowded. I had an appointment, and waited over an hour to have my photos taken. When I picked up the prints, I again waited a significant amount of time. Waiting an hour for your photo session that was scheduled weeks in advance was unacceptable.

- Just above amateur photography-- not the best, not the worst (for the price). Some of the staff knows how to take better photos than others-- I had an inexperienced staffer take my mediocre photos. (But, for the price, I was happy enough).

- When you order a sale package, it costs about $10 to add an 8 x 10 print of another pose. If you want multiple poses, it adds up, quick.

- The photo CD is a joke. For digital photos of the entire session, it easily is over $100--- unless you order hundreds of dollars worth of print packages. They make their money with these.

- Their photo effects are very over-priced. Adding a vignette (darkened edges), soft focus, etc. can easily double or triple the cost of a photo print. (For example, I ordered an extra pose in an 8 x 10 size for $10. With the special effect of darkened edges, it would have cost over $35 for just that one 8 x 10 print. That's way too high for amateur photo effects.)
