We had someone move out with short notice and needed someone to fill the vacancy as soon as possible. We met with Tony and in three days we had new tenants sign a lease. They were an excellent choice, six months in and they've been great. We're very pleased with the service we got from T&J.

It's very hard for my husband and I to trust anyone especially with property we worked so hard for. But these guys are amazing they are very thorough and prompt and the monthly statements my 10 year old can understand. I highly recommend them.

I rented a great property and went on to purchase two different homes from T&J. Tony knows real estate and the financing options involved. He helped my husband and I find the best way to afford our home and also takes care of our brothers' rental property. T&J is flexible and trustworthy. They are attentive to the renters' needs and offer some of the most reasonably priced properties in the metro. Tony has a lot of connections in the real estate field and knows his stuff.

I acquired some properties in OKC area with the thought of managing the properties on my own. Pretty soon, it was clear to me that property management was a very time consuming activity and I was just not organized to handle it, I contracted T & J to manage my properties back in 2007. They have been doing a great job for me. Extent of my involvement since 2007 has been only reviewing my monthly statements. Tony has been able to keep my properties rented and does all the necessary maintenance work. In hind sight, going with T & J Management was a good decision.

T & J is efficient, effective and economical. They manage 3 properties for me and are a huge improvement over my last property management firm. They respond quickly when called, and I believe that the tenants are staying longer - resulting in fewer vacancies because of this responsiveness. I have been a part of T & J Property Management since 2005. I started out with 2 houses and added another two when it was deemed necessary to end my relationship with a different management company. I find that Tony has a great amount of experience, having owned numerous rental properties. He is always frank and honest, gives helpful advice and makes good business decisions regarding repairs, potential tenants and dealings with Section 8. The fees are reasonable and the service is well worth it.
