The only suggestion I have to make at this time is to give your customers some idea of how long it should take to service or repair their vehicle and then give the customer a periodic update as to the status of the work being done. In my view... good customer relations are the key to a successful business operation. It`s something that must be worked at full time. To date my overall experience with the personnel at South Pointe Chrysler has been such that, and I`ll be back.

Came in for a routine oil change, everything was smooth, in and out, everyone was friendly and welcoming.

Service provider worked with us and kept in constant contact with us regarding repairs.

Service and appearance of the service department and waiting area were good. It is nice as a woman to go into a place to get the oil changed and it be a nice clean environment to be in and not walk out smelling like a service department.
