2 paychecks were mis-routed to our old bank account, resulting in us getting behind on all of our bills.

Then, what little money we DID have was put to repair the car we bought from Regal (I'm 80% sure it is a lemon, multiple repairs on the same things).

It got $1100 behind, but they weren't the only ones we were behind with...utilities, etc. were also behind.

Though we didn't like the solution, they let us take the car to the lot we bought it from and pay it down (which was very hard considering they didn't freeze the current payments from stacking up), but all in all, we got it done and got the car back.

Now, however, my problem is the LIES. Even though I had constantly stayed in contact over the phone and in writing with the company during this (eventually our phone got shut off from having no money and it was down to just letters), I got a call from work from a woman who was VERY nice, promising I'd hear from her by noon, and she seemed very concerned about how rudely I had been treated by the agent I was working with on trying to make sure I didn't lose the car.

Turned out, that when I called back the next day being I didn't hear from her by noon, she was a reposession agent doing skip tracing and didn't give a flip about my concerns...and they were planning on taking the car back, even though I had it in writing that I had until a certain date to park the car to avoid them taking the car.

They were going to take it anyway, so I beat them to the punch and took the car up there 8 days earlier than the date I was given so the reposessor wouldn't take it.

Now, the account has been and still is current, and they called my mom saying that they wanted to know if we were still where we were, etc, because *I HAD APPLIED FOR A LOAN*!

My mom jumped me up and down for HOURS about this, as she knows I can't afford 2 car payments, and it took an act of GOD to convince her that this was a lie.

All of our information is current so I don't know why they even did this in the first place.

So, other than the lies, the company seems to be okay and seems to work with you if you fall on hard times (proven hard times, at least, as we had documentation on it all)...but I don't like lies and sneaking, so I'm not sure we'll do business again in the future with them.

Do not buy or try to deal with this people. They will refuse your payments then take back your car and sue you for the balance. Faye is rude and horrible to deal with. Would never deal with this company again tell my friends about them. Worse company regal and Saber.

someone needs to train the people that work there they are rude!! some dont even know how to deal with people, i made a compliant on a worker (Rick) to this office and nothing was done.........so please if you want bad customer sevice, bad attitudes do business with this company. Saber acceptance is a JOKE!!!!!

somehow this company "LOST" 1380 dollars and repossed my vehichle. when i called they said i was 1121 dollars behind. yet they were taking payments out of checking account. so when i see bob at one of the strip clubs i will tell him what he can do with regal and saber!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is super sweet. I had a child last month and they gave me a month extra to catch up. You bitches above me weren't making enough harlot money on the corner to pay your bills. You should practice your "services" (by that i mean fellatio ) a little better so you can make your payments on time, you non paying deadbeats. thank you.

i got a car from regal and the car three months later stoped working so I asked saber to come get the car first they put on my credit score that I owed $9322.00 so i called and they took it off well i also need a letter from them saying that my repo was voluntary but they refuse they are saying that it was involuntary and that is what is keeping me from getting a home loan and keeping my child out of the streets.. they are f***ing rude and I would never go through them...

Customer service is rude. I called 1 week ago to get the payoff and told them not to contact me anymore by phone due to harassment. Yesterday, my credit union called them and told them they would be sending a check. Today I got another rude harassing phone call from Saber wanting to know where my payment was.

There have been times I have paid on time, and have gotten a phone call two days later with threats to send someone out to see me, or to pick up my car. I have to give them a confirmation number everytime so they dont break my kneecaps.
