Dress For Success accepts used clothing (office-business attire) in good condition for their work support programs. They help women through the job hunting & interview process, and provide ongoing assistance to help them be successful in keeping jobs and career advancement.

The clothing donations help the women look presentable for interviews. After getting hired, a few more outfits are given to her to help her start off in the job until paychecks start coming in to buy her own clothes.

Money donations make the support process possible. Employee retention programs and career guidance programs help women successfully transition into the workforce and acquire technology skills needed in the workforce. Dress For Success has received the highest rating for successfully managing finances by Charity Navigator, which is the largest independent evaluator of charities.
