I had an emergency and my insurance sent me to the clinic. When I called I thought the rep. was rude so I already had a bad feeling about the place. When I went to the appointment the staff ended up being very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly and was explained to me in detail how things were going to go. Happy to say it was a better experience than I thought I was going to have.
