Never ever have I had such a difficult time trying to communicate with a company ! Ever . They don't return calls ....... ever , or respond to Emails . Do yourself a huge favor and buy elsewhere !!!!

Pros: Never been treated so poorly

Cons: Thats a good way to put it , a con !

I have waited 3 days for an answer to an email concerning delivery date ( tracking numbers ) with absolutely no response . They claim to want to make their customers friends . My friends wouldn't keep me hanging that long !

Pros: None I can think of

Cons: Communication pathetic
