This practice exemplifies professionalism. All the MD's are knowledgable and willing to go the extra mile. They have given me excellent care through the years and the growth of the practice is a testament to their continuing committment to patient care. I would recommend them to anyone and have.

Although Dr. Scott's office appears to be fine as far as treatment the office scheduling will always cause you to wait regardless if you have an appointment or not.. Also, their voice mail does not always work, will have full mailboxes, preventing you from leaving a message and return calls may take days. I have expressed concerns numerous times only to be left with the impression that this is the way things are. I am searching for a new doctor.
Some examples:
1. Appointment - waited 1 1/2 hours with an appointment - left with no treatment
2. Scheduled the 1st appointment of the day - patients did not even start going back until 20 minutes after the 1st appointment time - this makes you have a minimum 30 minute wait
3. Next appointment I called to confirm they were on schedule - was assured they were close to schedule - waited 2 hours for treatment - no apologies or reasons given
This office has chronic scheduling problems . Do not go there if you value your time.
