This is the most fabulous place EVER! Took 3 kids there - ages 11, 10, and 5. I was completely blown away and impressed by the creative wonderful activities! The kids had an absolute blast. Although I thought the price was steep, after our 3 hours there, I am satisfied that the experience was well worth the cost. Absolutely LOVED the Children's Museum of Greenville.

My children LOVED the new children's museum in Greenville. I completely disagree with the post below about it being age appropriate for younger children. I have three kids (12, 7, and 3 1/2) and each of them found areas of the museum that they connected to and enjoyed. My youngest even cried when we had to leave the museum at 5pm! I went ahead and bought our family one of the annual memberships, and it even got us a discount on my daughter's birthday party (which we will be having at the museum later this month-- so excited!!!!)

I encourage everyone to go give this new museum a try! It may be more expensive than other museums, but they are brand new and they are worth it and MORE.

While it is not inexpensive, our grandchildren loved it. The best age is from 5-10, to get the highest value out of the visit. However, our 2 year old loved the special areas for 5 year olds/younger kids anyways, and it was good to go as an entire family. For those concerned whether their children will enjoy it and the cost , go on the Thursday night once a month where admission is $2 for 2 hours and give it a try. Our 4 year old talked about his visit the rest of the day and wants to go back.

Well-intended, but sort of fell short. I was not so impressed, teetered on disappointed, especially after the $12 per head admission and parking cost. Our $27 adventure only lasted an hour-ish, and my child (age 3) didn't mind leaving at all - which is rare for her. She seemed somewhat entertained with 2, maybe 3 areas overall. I wanted to go back the same day to get our money's worth, but she didn't want to. This speaks volumes and I have to listen. It might be wise to make sure your kid(s) are at an age that can appreciate the bulk of it more, maybe? I certainly won't be scrambling for any annual membership there! It's probably not for every kid, but worth a visit to see if it is.

Sorry Greenville, nice try, but for $20, my family would choose Frankie's Fun Park over this just about any day, where the fun we have is not questioned, even remotely, as to whether it was "worth it" or not.

Mind stimulating play for all ages. It's as much fun for the adults as it is for the kids. Teaches using all the senses. Activities appropriate for everyone are avaible. Encourages creativity in learning, making learning more like playing, the way it should be. Nominal fee.
