I switched to Time Warner for the ""bundle""... well, for the last year I have had every problem you can think of! Not just a few, 12 months worth of problems! Plus the lan line number was NEVER given to anyone; however I got millions of calls from telemarketer. Wonder how they got my phone number? This past weekend, channels that I PAY for were ""not available at this time... try again later""... Nothing was available. I call customer service and the recording says ""I see you are not in the lower Los Angeles area so let me find a carrier for you""... and she begins to name states! NEVER did I get a human to talk with me. This was the last straw. What's the use to have cable that's ""not available""? Use an antenna; you'll get better service!

I must say by far the worst service ever. I ended up droping their service and I've advised all my friends to do so as well. I have be so pissed off by this company that I've made it a priority to expose their ruthless service tactics. They will literally put you on hold for 10's of minutes and then hang up on you. Yes, happened to me many times until I decided to drop them like a bad habit. I wish the worst for this company and I hope it goes under

I was without service for 4 months due to a bad modem, called daily, was treated horribly & still charged for those months! They are the inventors of lies & will not accept any responsibility! Used my cellphone in the place of the phone service with them & internet during that time. AWFUL!

Just want to confirm if you ever CANCEL your service and\r\nthe technician comes to retrieve the cable box, make sure you get a RECIEPT. If he say you dont need one pleaseeee insist that he give you one. REASON IS BECAUSE, when I gave a technician a cable box he never reported it returned and now we are receiving COLLECTION MAIL for a bill of $300.00 regarding the box. When we called Time warner they indicated that it was returned but we are still getting COLLECTION MAIL. SO always get proof that you gave up that box. There customer service is either incompetent or not getting proper training because they are not helpful. As of this date we are still getting collection mail and this has been since JUNE.

I can confirm that to the fullest. We were customers with Time Warner Cable, then we had trouble with a bad modem, it would shut down the net/phone services from June till Sept. 2010, they were called weekly, because I have seriuos life threating illenss, we needed a company I could rely on. They loss records of calls, I have been hung up on, being insinuated that I was a liar!! Been told ""We can't give out CA's phone number because they are dealing with IMPORTANT CUSTOMERS."" We switched carriers on the net/ phone, tried to compromise with these people, been told, "" We can't let the CEO or the higher ups call you."" I guess they are scared!!! They gave my step-son his deposit for his 1st month because they scheduled the wrong installation day for his service. They can't give us any thing but $10.00- they are so lame, they have grown so, they think they can do people any way. Word of mouth is their worst of best advertisement!! You can bet I am sure letting it be known how rude and slack most of the people who work there are! They gave me the number to Microsoft, who is true to their word, they called when they said they would. Microsoft needed a number, that's when Time Warner Cable made the remark about important customers!! If it wasn't for customers they would not have a job. Jobs were gave to other people because we were unable to be reached, because the net/phone was down. One occassion the tech. told me, ""Go under my computer, hit local disc""- that knocked the internet off for 3 straight days!! I was put on hold for an hour, yes an hour, told them about it, too. I was on hold so much, I got tired of listening to all the things about Time Warner Cable. I can tell you about Time Warner. The modem was doing 1,200 times what it was suppose to be doing 4-6 times in a 24 hour period, that should tell them something!! No, they think they are Burget King, and can have it their way! Not every thing goes that way. Be advised if the national news tells you how sorry they are, believe them, it's true. Our resolution turned out to be no resolution! We could not get them to have any higher ups call, but that's alright, because I am smart enough to over ride them, and I do know how to get in touch with the proper people.
