From my perspective - this practice shows absolutely no regard for treating people; instead, they focus on billing as many claims as possible and have forgotten the entire point of operating such a business. I have been a patient for 8

This entire office is the most unprofessional practice I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Not only will one have to wait at least 45 minutes past their appointment time to be called back, once in a patient room one is treated

Being a military we kind of just go where they tell us to go so I was leery about having to drive downtown from the northeast just for a pediatrician. But the staff there is so nice. They always remembered my daughter and even how long since our last visit. They were always helpful on the phone if I needed nurses advice. Our pediatrician was knowledgable and very personable. She had excellent bedside manner. It may not be a fancy or flashy docs office but they definitely care about their patients and the staff was genuinely sad when they switched us back to the hospital on Ft. Jackson for care. I really miss this office.

I almost did not try this office, after reading the negative reviews. But because it's within cycling distance to my home, I thought I would give it a try. Every aspect was surprisingly excellent. Very nice waiting room, went into my appointment right on time, had an excellent doctor (Watson) who took the time needed to talk and understand my health issue. I would highly recommend their care.

First off, I waited an hour for my appointment.
Secondly, I have pretty good health coverage and I came out of a physical (basic blood test, chest x-ray, and talked to the doctor for about 5 minutes) with a $400 bill. RIDICULOUS!
I have since wanted to change doctors, but wanted copies of my medical records from the physical. I have to go to the office, pay $20 for copies and then wait 3 weeks for them to mail them to me.
Do not go here. Trust me...I didn't believe these reviews until I went.

The employees and doctors who work at this place are either a bunch of crooks or just plain incompetent. Its filled with doctors who finished at the bottom of their med school who don't know their a$$ from their elbow, and employees who's stupidity is matched only by their bad attitudes and lack of professionalism.

Consider yourself warned.

Pros: Doctors will rubber stamp whatever you tell them

Cons: The reason they rubber stamp is because they are morons

I met with a doctor at this facility for a complete checkup as I prepared to go aboard. This doctor gave me a digital with what seem like with a pencil. Hw went so far as rupture the wall of my intestine. This is pitiful and shameful and a disgrace to the medical profession.

Pros: Midtown

Cons: Summer of 2007

I just don??t trust the doctors here. I don??t recommend using this practice. I gave them several chances to prove to me that they earned their MD but when it interferes with my health, I don??t think any doctor??s office should be given another chance to do their job.

I am so fed up with this place. The only reason I have seen them for the past 5 years, and they know my medical history. Well, I thought they did. One time, I was asked to come in to see the doctor for a routine letter she was to write. I had seen her the week before. When i asked why I had to come back in, they said because I haven't seen the doctor in 3 months. They had two charts on me, but the Doctor or her "personal" nurse did not remember me. I go if my going to the doctor is the last choice. I had to bring someone with me the last time because I do not feel the doctor actually listens to me. I had an ulcer brewing inside of me for12 months, not once did she catch it, when it finally ruptured and I had emergency surgery for it, she did not seem to care. It was life of death surgery!!! Finally this last time when I saw her, and brought someone with me, I had a plan. Just be firm, tell her what I need and hope she delivers. She did. Her nurses did not. They have had paperwork to fax for two weeks now, and still have not done it. They have called me and left messages before, and when I call back say they never called me. When I call to confirm some bloodwork, they say they alaready called me and told me. No wonder the turn around in that place. They are never able to keep the same doctors. I am looking for a new physcian,. and hopefully find one that cares.

If you like your physicians like you do your check out girls at McDonalds (impersonal, checking their watch), this is the place for you. I have been going to this place for a year and have never seen the same doctor twice. There is a very get em in, get em out feeling here. My husband recently confided with a doctor at Midtown Family Medicine about his family's history of mental illness and some anxiety he was having. The doctor asked him, "Is this really something you want to address today?" We are now in search of a new doctor.
