I have mixed feelings on Vinoteca. They have a sizable wine list, and the food is decent, but the service is spotty. The wait can be long if you want a table. Each time I've been there, the hostess seems confused, as if it's her first night on the job. It can be frustrating when all you want is a drink or something to eat.

Vinoteca is one of those places that doesn't come along very often. As the name suggests, they are primarily a wine bar, which doesn't disappoint to say the least. They have an extensive selection of wines that you are able to buy a taste of, a glass of or buy the entire bottle. The tasting option is a great concept! If you are on a bit of a budget and $100 is a bit too much for a bottle of wine - and even $30 too much for a glass, the tasting option (which is a nice portion)allows you to taste the wine for a reasonable amount of money or taste multiple wines over the course of the evening. In addition to their great wine offerings, they also have a great food menu to explore. Cheese flights, mini burger flights, and an amazing French onion soup are amongst my suggestions.

Some places have great food, but bad service... some places have great service, but horrible food. When you walk into Vinoteca, you know they got it right. Great experience every time! You will not be disappointed!
