This is the place to go for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The employees are very personable and I've never seen a more sanitary nail salon. The foot baths on the massage chairs are bleached out after every customer. The nail instruments are sterilized!!! I've never seen the nail files,buffers and implements at a nail salon so clean before, but this place ensures that everything is sanitary . I'd be shocked if you ever caught any kind of fungus from Identity. The BATHROOM is clean! I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Not to mention the inside is beautiful...not just white walls and stock furniture,they have great display of product, jewerlry and hand bags, .Excellent place for a nail social with friends!

Pros: Very affordable, beautiful atmosphere and incredibly clean! Many services provided.

Highly recommended. Salon is very nice,clean, private and the technicians are very professional. I had a pedicure, gel fills and brazilian wax done.
for my pedicure, identity dhas 3 different pedicures to choose from- express, custom, and signature... I did not feel like getting the same pedicure like others nails salons (the express) so I tried the "custom" cost me $35. It was all worth it! Vma spend 40 minutes on my feet and about 20 minutes were massages -its really nice having someone massage( not a rub-MASSAGE) your feet...trust me, its great!

For my gel fills. I usually drive all the way down to bethesda to get my nails done- not any more! I forgot the name of the girl that did my nails and waxing- I got so carried away, talking--- in this salon, they not only speak and understand MY LANGUAGE, but I can actually understand them. Some of you, might think that I am crazy, but... for as long as I have been in the United State, finding a nail person that speak and understand English is not a joke. When I first came, 8 years ago-at first, I thought that MY ENGLISH was the problem in nails places- but soon after, I learned that most nails techs. don't speak english- and I have learned to accept that. Anyway, besides the language thing. she did an amazing job on my nails. She took her time, files,shape my nails.

For my waxing, the same girl who did my fills did the waxing for me. I told her that it was my first time getting wax done there. She was really nice and gental, she took her time to work with me! she give me time to get myself together and all. The waxing overal hurts a little, but I expected it. I just like the fact that the girl took her time with me and not rushed me through--I really like that.
