Dr. Lee is wonderful. I cannot say enough good things about his bedside manner. However, the office personnel leave A LOT to be desired. I've been a patient of Dr. Lee's for about 8 years now, and I don't think I've ever even once

I highly recommend Dr. Day to anyone needing a primary care...also like his nurse, Madeleine...these folks have been very helpful every time I needed them...very easy to talk to...answers all my questions...

I WOULD HAVE RECOMMENDED SHENANDOAH MEDICAL ASSOC TO ANYONE. WHEN DR FERRARA WENT WITH THE WELLNESS PROGRAM , EVERYTHING CHANGED, DR FERRARA WAS MY PRIMARY CARE FOR OVER 30 YRS, HE IS VERY COMPASSION, TOOK TIME OUT TO GET TO KNOW YOU AS

Dr. Lee is the best, but I haven't visited for some time because the staff is unfriendly and not up to standard that is expected. It's a business so I expect good service. Very rude. I hope Dr. Lee open his own practice.

The Dr. is great helps with anything you need but the staff is the worst and if you try and call to get an appointment be ready to be on the phone on hold for 20 mins. Staff in front are rude and not helpfull.

I agree with the other reviewiers. My Dr. is Dr Ferrara and he is a great doctor and his nurses are very nice. However the appointment staff is so difficult to deal with and they are unfriendly and they mess up alot. It is difficult to schedule appointments and reach any of the nurses or doctors on the phone if you have a question. The staff fails to relay messages that you ask them to send. I do not reccomend the practice becuase of this. It's a shame becuase the Dr's are really nice and good doctors. With that being said I've heard this complaint for years and if the Dr.'s truley cared they would have done something about appointment staff issues by now.

I have been seeing Dr. Day for years and all through the years they have had very poor office staff. They are not friendly, its hard to get anyone on the phone, and the old woman that works up in the front seriously needs to learn some manners! I have thrown a fit or two on the phone with these people and for someone in the medical field thats suppose to help and care about people, they dont. However, I keep going because I love Dr. Day...very sweet, caring and informative. I just wish they would get some new staff.

The clerical staff at Shenandoah Medical leave a LOT to be desired. For long periods of time. the phone is left off of the hook leaving you with no way of setting up an appointment when you are sick.

Don't get sick on your lunch hour, because this place is CLOSED between Noon and 1 o'clock! They won't even answer the phone! The sign on the door says they open at 9:00 A.M., unfortunately and often the door isn't unlocked until after nine. Dr. Ferrarra has great bedside manner, listens and diagnoses well. I've been a patient for quite a few years, but I have to agree with the previous statement...his and his associates' staff need to attend a customer service experience course. Here's a not-so-new concept in patient care - take care of the patient's emotional needs not just their physical needs. Be friendly, courteous, polite, discreet and timely. As with anything one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch, but there is more than one bad apple here.

Dr. Farrara has a great bedside manner, kid friendly, and you feel that everything is in order when you leave. The usual feeling of not asking everything you needed to is non-existent. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a good family practitioner.

Dr. Ferrara is a wonderful person and a knowledgeable Physician. He is kind to patients, shows compassion, and his staff is wonderful as well. I would definately recommend Dr. Greg Ferrara.
