At a time when virtually ALL of the citizens of southern Louisiana have spent the last three years rebuilding their lives and homes destroyed by Katrina and Rita - none of which was their fault - and all done with not enough money even for the materials, let alone wages, this Speaker of the House of the Louisiana Legislature tried to vote himself a triple payraise. Number one: he has not earned it. Number two: maybe he should be in jail for his part in failing to keep up the levees. RECALLPAYRAISETUCKER.COM!!
