Run run run as fast as you can. I wish I could comment on their moving skills, but they never showed up so I wouldn't know. Because of them, we lost an entire day of moving while we scrambled to find someone else at the very last minute. Oh they get you good with their cheap prices ($20/hr per man? Too good to be true! Oh wait, but it is....) and when you initially call to book, a very professional-sounding person answers the phone and assures you that they are available to help you move and quotes you what you want to hear. You think you've hit the jackpot. So your moving day comes and they're supposed to be here by now and you wait...and wait...and wait.... Maybe they're lost? You call the number you called just a couple days earlier, and all of a sudden, you become extremely acquainted with cell phone voicemail because real people don't live there anymore. And a cell phone which means no real office which means a random person? Yikes and uh-oh. You go back to the web and you find another random number (also a cell phone), but that keeps getting sent to voicemail too. Oh, and there are four additional random numbers where that came from, sigh. And it doesn't matter what hour you call because random person doesn't bother to pick up or respond to the voicemails you've left. He must have slept in today. You then realize that you've been bamboozled by another no-good, waste-of-time "company." Believe me, you don't want the unnecessary headache when there are reputable movers in the city, so check reviews and get references. And businesses now love to troll the Internet looking for bad reviews and justifying their actions, but I promise you my fellow reader that this is exactly how it went down. I wish I could give University Movers/random person five stars and rave on and on, but this is what happened, simple as that. Heed the warning.
