The one time I went to Zanella's I was fine with the service. My second appointment was scheduled right before July 4th weekend. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm and there was a recording saying she was out of the office from the day before until a few days later. I left a message asking if someone was taking her appointments and to please call me back. I had arranged to take off work early and would have to drive across town. I did not receive a call back so I had to scramble to find another place to go with only 2 days before leaving for the weekend. A few days later I received a call from Zanellas telling me that there was someone there to fill in but she didn't have my number to call and let me know. I had left my number on the answering machine and had completed an information sheet at my first appointment with email, multiple phone numbers etc. Due to her poor business practices, I will not be returning to Zanellas.

Was really worried about finding a wax bar when I moved here but was SO relieved when I found Zanella's. I've been going there for almost 2 years now - wonderful prices, wonderful environment, and a wonderful experience every time! I highly recommend this place - especially as an alternative to getting waxes done in hair salons.
