JW Marriott New Orleans French Quarter- Good location, Great Bed
by neroflash
Price: $159/nights
Location: The hotel is located at walking distance to the French quarter, the River Walk and Casino.
Front Desk: During checking the host was quick and friendly.
Staff: The staff was great always greeting you and asking if they could help you.
Valet: The Valet parking cost $27 per day and you don't need to tip them just call 3-5 minutes before you need your car.
Hotel amenities: The hotel looks very luxurious.
Rooms: The room I got was small but nice. The bed was the highlight of the room. Most comfortable ever, they even have a catalog for you of pillow, sheet and duvet used for the bed.
Downside: The $11.95 charge per day for internet access using my own laptop in the room.

excellent canal st choice
by lori_2002
having once lived in NOLA, I usually opt for garden district hotels when I visit, but I was pleasantly surprised with Le Meridien. Loved the turn down service and the bed was so comfy. But the toiletries were not as upscale as I expected for the price. I also liked the option of entrances on Canal and the side street!
