The Administrative Team is very unprofessional, unknowledgeable, unethical, unprincipled, uninformed, ignominious, and reprehensible, has no diplomacy and has no sense of skills to elevate our students to a national average. The principal is a very insecure, covetous, invidious, one-dimensional, has very low self-esteem. disrespectful, unpopular, uses her position to intimidate, and exploits bad grammar; many times she gets on the intercom system and mispronounce words. While walking from the third floor, I overheard Ms. Clark say ??Yall niggas don??t know how to act?. I was appalled and quite affronted. Being a white male, I assumed that she would be more respectful to her own. That is a word that I can??t even fathom. I also overheard that Ms. Clark uses obscene language in the staff meetings. Now ask yourself the question: Is this the leader we want leading our teachers and students? She falsifies documents such as how many students she has enrolled at the school. Therefore more funds are allocated from the state. She proposes to the Computer Technologist to count students present when they are absent. Is it monetary gain for the school or for the administrative team? There are several cliques within the school. None of the teachers get along and if they do it is because they are related to one another. Talk about Nepotism at its finest. A position was fashioned for an eighth grade teacher (Megan Mercedel) that is purportedly teaching LEAP remediation. She was moved out of the accounting department because she stated that she saw too much illegal matters being conducted in the finance office with Ms, Landry and Ms. Clark when Ms. Clark decided to move her office in the Finance Office because the secretary and she did not get along.
There is no sense of community within this school setting. People walk by each other like air and wind and don??t even say ??Good morning?. The teachers talk bad about one another other. The teachers talk bad about students and the teachers even talk bad about one another with the students ?etc. It is a ferocious cycle that the students are relentlessly witnessing. This is the elucidation as to why the behavior is so atrocious given that there are no role models within the school. The teachers that are considered ??good? teachers are usually ostracized. I have even witnessed the administrators walk by the teachers and not articulate a word. Nevertheless, it has been noted that Ms. Clark is very temperamental and poignant. And when she does not like you, she makes it very hard for you to continue employment there. But given all this information and know bouts, they want the students to conduct themselves and have manners. Who is setting the example? The answer: NO ONE. The assistant principal is by far the weakest link. The students do not respect him and he loves to play with them and sometimes can go too far. He is not resilient in his position as an assistant and it??s hard to believe that this man has had formal education and has received a Master??s degree. How many years have he actually taught? This makes me think that I should beware of the graduate school I plan to attend. This man cannot tell you one thing about curriculum, policies, procedures, protocol, best practices, modus operandi, nothing????? One of the teachers stated that it was required for them to do surveys for his class. Because at the present he is working toward his doctorial degree at UNO. Disciplinary actions would have taken place if the surveys were not completed by the teachers. The administrative team avowed to the staff that the surveys that it was required by the state. An associate stated to me that it was an assignment within the program for the qualitative and quantitative research of each student??s dissertation. So the administrative team allows the teachers to fill out paperwork in full requirement for their personal gain of a professional degree? At what time do the teachers obligate to teaching the students?
