My husband and I purchased some eye glasses and lense for hisglasses on April 3, 2009 and we can't see through them. It is hard to get in touch with the manager at the store, she is either not there or will not call us back after she promised she would call us. Wepaid a total of approx $500.00 for these two pair of glasses even though we had insurance. Our insurance plan will not cover glasses but once every 2 years. We are stuck with two pair of glasses we can't use. I had heard good things about sears optical and is verydisappointed in the service we received. They seem to have lost the prescription for his lense, can't find it. We have never had this problem any where else we get glasses from. We had to go out and purchase other glasses and pay for them out of pocket. I am going to let the insurance company know so they can get a refund on their money. The said we have 90 days; it's been almost a month now with no explanation of why this happened or anything to solve the problem after many attempts to communicate with the store manager.
