DO NOT use Moore Nissan!! These people bad mouth every other dealership in town, calling them crooks. The only crooks we found were them! They told us SIX different time "our deal was done" allowed us to drive off the lot TWICE in a new

If you buy a used car, from Moore Nissan, in Bessemer, you'd better bring a lawyer and a notary? I bought a used car from Moore Nissan and was promised, in writing and without me asking, things would be replaced IF I bought the car (such as replace the battery because it was dead and replace the headlights because they leaked when it rained). The battery was not replaced with a new battery? They installed an OLD, WEAK battery which had to be replaced a few weeks after the purchase. Refused to swap the one they installed, claiming it ??wasn??t under warranty?? The FIRST TIME I brought the car in for the lights to be replaced, instead of replacing the headlights, they tried to fix the rain leakage with poor applications of red putty. When that didn??t work they piled on clear sealant and making a complete mess. The used car manager said, "If this doesn't fix the problem then we'll see about replacing the lights". It didn't fix the problem and the manager would never return my calls after that? Another issue, the car had factory engine covers when I purchased the car. After leaving the car at Moore Nissan the first time, the covers DISAPPEARED. No one would talk to me about what could??ve happened to them. I can't prove that someone from Moore Nissan STOLE them but it's very suspicious? Again, NO ONE would return my calls concerning ANY of these matters? While we were in the neighborhood, my girlfriend and I attempted to have a civil conversation with the used car manager. While discussing the problems, the manager became very dismissive, rude and even cursed my girl. Even though Moore has a "strict privacy policy" the manager had no trouble broadcasting every misrepresented detail about the transaction to her (or any customer within earshot). Plus he called me every disparaging name he could think of? The dealer could have offered an AS IS warranty, but they didn??t. If someone promised something they shouldn??t have, they could have come to me and tried to work something out, but they didn??t. The owner was asked to apologize to my girlfriend for his manager cursing her, but Morre REFUSED. It's bad enough the dealer promised what it couldn't deliver; that the factory covers were STOLEN off my car. and no one would talk to me about it. But to stoop to picking on a tiny woman for asking a few questions, instead of facing me, that's low indeed. Nissan USA sayid they have no control over how a dealer treats it's customers. I wouldn??t trust Moore Nissan or Nissan USA to sit the right way on a toilet seat. Much less give an honest sale or quality service.

I traded my old vehicle for a newer one at Dixie Nissan. They were very nice and polite and I had no problems with this dealership. They met my expectations of purchasing a vehicle. I would recommend them again to anyone.
