Votre Spa Salon

The spa is beautifully decorated, but we had a few problems. We booked a party for 5 of us to spend the day at the spa. The prices were reasonable and everyone was friendly. The facial was the worst facial I have ever had. The girl would put something on my face then just let it sit for 10 minutes or so, then wipe it off. Every other time I have had a facial it has been very relaxing and included massaging, extractions, exfoliating, etc. This person literally put two creams on my face, wiped them off,put me under a steam machine, then sent me on my way (for $92!) We paid for an hour facial each and the longest we received was 40 minutes. The massage on the other hand was wonderful, best massage ever. The girl was great and very professional. Manis/Pedis were fair - I was bummed that they cannot do tips there and our technician seemed very distracted - she kept knocking things over, and tripping, etc. For our hair, everyone was happy with the results but due to a mistake on their end (they gave the color appt to someone else) one person in our group had to leave with wet hair! They flat out refused to dry her hair. I can understand they were busy, but come on.. all of the rest of us had our hair done except her. Very unprofessional, especially since this was their mistake.
My only other comment would be that the ladies should wear quieter shoes. I was really into my massage, but I could here heels clicking on the floor and people laughing a lot. Some soundproofing would be so nice. All in all - this spa has great potential but I was very disappointed with the problems we had.

I just visited Votre today for the first time to get my hair cut and styled. I absolutely love this place. Everyone is super nice and wonderful. I will definitely become a frequent visitor of Votre!!!

I LOVED IT!! I had a facial for the very 1st time today! It was amazing! Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. Nothing like I always imagined an upscale spa would be like. I will for sure be going back and more than once!
