The Pediatric Express

It amazes me how fast they get you in and out but when you are in one of the rooms both doctors never rush you, take time to answer all of your questions and show genuine care. We see Dr. Gallentine mostly but Dr. Durden is also wonderfull. We (our community) sure needed their practice and I can't begin to explain how many restless nights they have spared us when our son's pediatrician's office was closed.

I am glad that one of the reviews praised the staff. They are very courteous and accomodating. Enough can not be said about their professionalism. We love 'em all!

Thank you so much for all that you have done for our family. I am not one to write reviews but this is the very least that I can do to say thanks and to get the word out.

Recently Dr. Durden called to followup on a serious illness that our son had... minutes earlier we remarked that we had not heard from his pediatrician's office ironically. We understand that doctors are very busy this time of the year however, but it really meant alot to us to receive her call... thanks.

Keep up the great work and we hope your practice grows to help many others.

P.S. Everyone, how about the written documentation handed to us to learn more about our child's sickness at the end of each visit? Lots of kudos for this extra touch to keep us well informed.

The place is a life saver for weekends. We went on a late Sunday afternoon when our son had an eye infection. We couldn't wait till Monday for our regular pediatrician. We were treated almost right away. Dr Darla was so friendly and patient with all our questions. I highly recommend the practice!

The pediatric express is awesome. It is a friendly relaxing environment where you know that you children will be taking great care of. You will never have to worry about second guessing anything, they are accurate with all test, and the doctors even do the testing instead of the nurses. I was very pleasedLadies keep up the good work.

Dr. Darla and Dr. Durden are awesome. My daughter has seen both of them on separate occasions. She had pneumonia the first time and they gave her a nebulizer and a very strong antibiotic which finally kicked it.

I have had them give her the flu shot this year. No wait! In and out and they are a breeze to deal with!

She got sick right before her birthday. We went in, Dr. Durden said it was an allergic reaction and to give her children zyrtec and neb her if necessary. We did both and within 24 hours she was fine.

They are a life saver when you need them and so friendly and wonderful with the kids. I highly recommend them!

Very personable, and we never feel rushed! They always get right to the problem and figure it out the best they can. They never rush us around and always make us feel welcomed!

Dr. Darla is one of the best in Urgent Care! Her practice has awesome hours and is quick in responding when you have a sick baby during "off hours".

My daughter had suffered from a fever the whole weekend and we could not wait another day to see her regular pediatrician. I arrived at Pediatric Express when they opened, was greeted by a wonderfully nice receptionist, and waited very little time. The waiting area was well stocked with magazines and child appropriate toys and TV.

We didn't wait long and met a great nurse and then, Dr. Darla herself! She was thorough and helpful!

When you need urgent care, I couldn't recommend anyone better!
