This is probably the worst place to ever have a birthday and expect to actually get your moneys worth much less have good service. My daughter was looking for a place like libby lus but more private. This was a BIG mistake. It started with the call i made to make sure the time was ok. I called and asked about the party and said it was for about 12 little girls and that we wanted to have the fashion diva party. She sniffed and said "Yea sure. whatever. come at 1:00." then she hung up. I know that every one has their bad days. the day of the party i got their a little early to see if i could help. the same lady that i spoke to on the phone told mea soon as she realized who i was "Oh, your early. their are some chairs over their." and i sat and waited. 30 min. later(all the guests had arrived) the girls were called over to some holly wood style chairs. The rude employments came over to do the hair. My daughter picked a cute hairstyle out and the lady got to work. she used Rubber bands the kind with out the fabric. and she pulled my daughters hair so hard that my daughter cried! the finished hairstyle was pretty much 2 small buns on either sides of her hair nothing like the brochure. the costumes they had were very VERY skimpy and tight. the runway was short and cheap. the only music they had were songs that were not good and i dont think were ever heard by any one we were promised to get to make the bracelets but they were out of vowels. so we made goop that was supposed to be lip gloss. over all the party cost about 200 dollars and i will NEVER EVER go back again because of the employees that LAGHED at my daughters pose on the runway!
