The CSR,Myrna, was always there when we had any questions or concerns. She was always courteous and would call us back promptly with answers to our questions.
The crew was easy to work with and courteous.
Jerry, listened carefully to what we needed/wanted and made sure he did everything to make it happen. The crew did not waste any time. they got straight to work and finished on time.
Genaro, I believe he supervised the crew that installed the Pebble Sheen. We were very grateful & impressed with how he would not accept what he felt was a prblem with the Pebble Sheen even though the whole Pebble Sheen had to be taken up we felt Genaro really had our best interest . We were very impressed & grateful. This is one of the biggest reasons we would recommend Shasta.

I hired Shasta to repair our damaged pool steps. They obviously outsourced this job to a contractor from hmm South America, and the job was terrible! Expensive too! We had to have them come out 3 times. Never again.
