Phoenix Flower Shops

I went into Phoenix Florist to order a birthday bouquet. I was very specific that it was for a man. When I went to pick it up the next day they presented me with a lovely bouquet -- all in soft pinks and lavenders. They did re-do the whole thing, but it would have saved them a lot of trouble (and saved me aggravation and my time waiting while they re-did it) if they had listed to what I ordered and asked questions if they didn't understand.
