I would like to say that whenever I have called Town West Realty, I have found the folks there very helpful. I would recommend leasing from them, as the properties are kept up very nicely and the staff is very good too.

As Property Manager for Town West Realty, I take tremendous pride in all our properties. I have been a Town West employee for over thirteen years, it is a wonderful company, and I am proud to be a part of this growing company.

I manage various entities including office, medical and retail. Overall, I am certain our tenants are happy with Town West and with me as Property Manager. We strive to work with tenants to assure their needs are met and that the properties are taken care of in a manner we are all proud of.

In reference to the property at 1st & Limberlost, our intent at the time the fence was installed was to keep the area contained to avoid transients and to keep children on bikes off the property. The fence has been removed and our landscaper is at the property today (11/5/08) cleaning up the area.

We, at Town West Realty, regret any inconvenience that the fence that was placed on the property has caused any of the local residents. Originally, the fence was installed at the request of some of the nearby homeowners. The open lot had a tendency to attract transients who left trash and other articles on the property, and was also frequented by children who used the uneven terrain as a bike park. The installation of the fence was intended to reduce the amount of impact the vacant property had on the surrounding residents. At the property owner?s request, we are removing the fence from the site.

Once again we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that the fence might have caused. We would like to request that any future grievances be presented in writing to First & Limberlost, LLC, C.O.: Town West Realty, Inc., 3002 North Campbell Avenue #200, Tucson, Arizona 85719.

Thank you,
Town West Realty, Inc.

Town West Realty Inc. is a great company and if you're looking to lease retail, office, or medical space, Town West is who you should call. Their staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have talked to many tenants that have been happy with Town West's performance and their beautiful properties. Jim Horvath goes above and beyond to work with his tenants, especially during this economic recession.

Pros: ALL PROS

Cons: NO CONS

.

Be sure not to live in or rent any space from this group. Jim Horvath is a raving lunatic who will scream at his staff while clients are in the building.
They'll promise a million things and then pull the rug from under you. Their real estate guys are really just in it for the commission, read all your documentation carefully.
Money is the main goal here, doesn't matter who they step on or destroy during the process. BE especially careful and know they have their hands in a lot of Tucson's pockets and get away with what should be crimes.

The buildings are shotty, just go to Spa One and smell the nasty odor - which smells like the sewer. There are connections with Greenburg with La Paloma and others, so if your small, or new buyer stay wayyyy clear of this group.

Horrible business practices and even worse follow through.

Pros: there is 1 nice person who works for them

Cons: The men cheat, the women lie, its a crowded bed -

This company does a fine job of catering to its own needs and I personally like some of the buildings and projects that I know of that they have been involved with, but living next to one of their vacant lots for years is a drag.

They put an ugly chain link fence around a vacant lot on 1st Ave between Limberlost and Calle Arizona in front of my house about two years ago and have done nothing there since.

At points the fence leaves about two feet of dirt between it and a very busy road for people where one bus stop has already been taken out by a truck and, on a separate occasion, a boy's dog was taken out while walking on a leash when a car swerved over the curb.

All because Town West's construction fence doesn't leave enough room for anyone to move out of the way to avoid bad drivers.

Calls to the company about this have been met with the lame, 'Well, it's legal.' So who cares if it's just not right. (And we are challenging the legal claim, too)

Just goes to show you that adversity (hard times) doesn't always build character but will almost always reveal it.

You disappoint, Town West. If you had to live next to this fence you would want something done about it, too. Especially if your kids had to walk between it and 1st Ave during rush hour.

And when this company comes before the neighborhood committee the next time to ask for our approval to do something with the land they have neglected here for so long, you can bet I'll be there to expose and, if warranted, oppose them every step of the way.

NO stars for you. Go toot your own horn. You're really good at that.
