(at least they aren't rude). The photographer was wonderful with my 3month old son and did an extremely well job and was super nice. Now, the woman Sandy (saleswoman) that came to my home about a week after the pics were taken was extremely rude. The pics were amazing but then they give the prices of the packages and they are OUTRAGEOUS! We (my spouse and I) figured we would just purchase the CD with all the pics on it (thinking it might be the cheapest thing right?) Just for the CD it was $360. When we told her it wouldnt work out she went on to ask my husband "Well what would you rather spend your money on than your childs photos?" My spouse replied "Bills" He went on to tell her that we could take him somewhere else to have the photos done for the same quality and receive more photos. Her response was "Well they wont last forever like these, if you go somewhere else they will turn yellow after 10yrs!" I told her nothing is meant to last forever and we were fine with that. And she said "Well these pictures are." Then she tried to put us on a guilt trip by saying "You know I made you guys a special appt, i usually dont drive at night because its hard for me to see, but I made this special appt just for you guys and you dont plan to buy anything?!" (ITS YOUR JOB LADY!!!) Then she asked us if there was someone we could borrow money from to get the pictures!!!! I couldn't believe what i was hearing. She was so snappy and rude with us. Literally made us feel like crap for not being able to afford the packages. Then she very rudely said "OK Lets pick out your free 5x7. " I was looking at the thumbnails of the photos on her laptop trying to make a decision when she snapped again "Which one do you want?" Even still i kept my cool and was still very respectful to her (even tho she was disrespecting me in my own home) I asked her to please open up the pics so i could view them once more. I made my selection and she turned to look at my spouse who had left to the other living area (because he was so pissed off at this woman) and she said "Is that photo ok with you, you seem to be very disconnected like you dont care about your childs photos" I once again told her thats what i wanted and she made the order packed up her stuff, didnt say a word and stormed out of my house. I seriously was waiting to hear my front door slam on her way out. UGHHH Worst experience ever. I definitely DO NOT recommend this company and its a shame because the photographer was so pleasant. Word of advice for the Company, When you have people with this many complaints about your salespeople's Customer Service...Its bad for business. You strive on word of mouth, and you should really have your salespeople understand that not EVERYONE can afford your extremely pricey photos, and not make the ones who CAN'T feel like Horrible parents.

First of all they are unprofessional and very expensive. When my son was born they did couple of pictures of him in the hospital and it was total disaster but then I thought that they don??t have much time and surroundings to do a good picture. After 2 weeks they started to call me every other day to set an appointment for a home picture taking. At first I didn??t want to do it but they kept calling and calling and they were so annoying and pushy that I finally agreed (since they promised me one picture for free I told myself that I don??t have to buy anything anyway). I end up buying cd with all the pictures of my son which was sooooooooooo expensive. The guy that took the pictures did a good job however I think it was just because my son is a very easygoing and good baby. Overall we received cd with pictures which were very unprofessional and not a good quality. When I called the guy and told him that I am not satisfied with the quality of the pictures he told me that since I ordered only the cd I don??t get the same quality like I would get when ordering the prints. So I lost a lot of money and time.

After I had my son I received calls EVERY week from Our 365 Portraits to make an appointment to have in home portraits taken. Finally I gave in. After making an appointment and having them come out to take pictures, I had a pushy photograper who gave a complete sales pitch. I purchased a package which gave me 4 more photography sessions and a free 5x7 each. Then I was told I had to wait 2 weeks to view the pictures online. That process was bizzare and because I did not order very expensive packages, I was talked down to & dismissed. 3 Weeks later I received my picture which was off center and my son's head was too close to the edge to frame. Customer service was slow to respond, I had to send the pictures back and wait another 3 weeks! Two months after the pictures were taken I had a picture of my child that was outdated to share with anyone, because at 6 months babies grow quickly. Not to mention, I have not heard from them since. Not at Christmas or my baby's 1st birthday..NOTHING! Yet, I am owed 4 more sessions with a photographer.

I would not recommend our 365 portraits to anyone. They took pictures of my daughter when she turned one. The guy that came in was pretty nice but a little pushy. when it came time to review the pictures they did it online which was very quick and all the packages were expensive. I had a free picture certificate for one free picture and i said i wanted that. The guy got really mad and was rude and said they will choose one picture and send. He hung up without saying bye. It has been over three months and I still didn't receive the picture. I called several time and they never called me back. Very poor and bad customer service.

I would not recommend our 365 portraits to anyone. They took pictures of my daughter when she turned one. Then when the rep came to show the pics, she scolded MY 3 yr old daughter because she almost knocked out the power cord to her laptop!!!! Believe me I let her have it! The pics are VERY expensive and enough is NEVER enough for them! If you agree to buy a package the try to get you to buy the next expensive one and so on and so forth! The pics are ordinary and my child looks just as cute when I take pics of her myself! I did purchase a VERY expensive package, but will never make that mistake again!!!! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!

Very very expensive and pushy sales people for ordinary pictures. You get the same quality at Target, JC penney or Sears for a fraction of the price. They want you to pay $70 membership fee to cover the sitting fees, then the photographer will come home and take pictures. In a few weeks a salesperson will come and sell you packages. The cheapest is $150 and will go all the way up to $800, for just pictures. Stay away from them. They are nothing special.

Then we decided not to get them because they were almost $500 for 15 photos so I called and cancelled the next day and they said it was taken care of I spoke to 3 different girls who said it was cancelled. Friday came and the money was withdrawn from my bank so we went negative after fighting with the bank and them we got our money back almost a week later it was a NIGHTMARE!

They suck. I had to make the decisions right there and then, the guy moved a lot, I had no control of what I was seeing so it was frustrating. They are very expensive! After I selected the photos I wanted, it took forever to get them! And they promised I would be able to see them online so I can forward the link to family and friends and to this day I can't see them because they're having problems with their system. I purchased photos from our 365 over the internet. The sales woman said that she would email me a receipt with my total and when my payments would be taken out. She never did. I called numerous times and they just kept telling me they would have her email me. When my pictures arrived 3 out of the 7 were blurry. I called and Kathy told me they would reprint them. When the new ones arrived they too were blurry. When I called back I spoke with Kathy again and she told me that in the notes it said that the pictures were out of focus! Why would you sell pictures that were out of focus! There prices are not cheep either. Then shes says she will send me proofs to look at, and they too are blurry. I tried calling today and of course shes not in today. No customer service at all. I would not recemond them to any one. Walmart does a better job than them!

I had our 365 portraits photograph my son twice. The first time when he was 9 weeks old, it took them two months to even show me the pictures, and another month for me to recieve them, which is completely unacceptable. The second time i used them was for my sons two year pictures. This time it was about five weeks by the time I was able to review them and I was not happy that the cheapest package they offered was over $200 dollars. There website only shows package pricing for newborn pictures, and does not disclose that the prices only apply to newborn pictures, not the ones taken in your home and they do not go over package pricing when arriving at your home to take the pictures. It also states on the website that they have a variety of packages to fit EVERY budget and payment options, which is not true or I wouldn't have found out two months after my sons pictures where taken that the cheapest is over $200. Also, the only payment option is to pay half now, and the other half in two weeks. They do not even let you pay half now , and the other the next month for those who may be on a monthly budget. The only positive thing i have to say about our 365 is that the pictures are nice, but not worth that kind of money for the amount of pictures you get. I will not be using them again because of the unorganization that they have in getting the photos to the customer in a timely manner and the lack of communication to the customer about pricing for what they are getting before they have the pictures taken.
