Shaggys Carpet Cleaning

I had the carpet in my entire house cleaned including areas soiled by my cats. Instead of a 3 or 4 hour time range, I was given a nice short 30 minute range and Dave (I'm pretty sure about the name) was right on time. He used black light to thoroughly search out areas that had been soiled by the cats, but also treated the whole room with deodorizer, just in case. And he did a great job on all the other "regular" rooms, too. The price was very reasonable, cheaper than others I've used in the past.
When I wasn't sure all the odor had come out of the carpet, I called Shaggy's back a week later and he came back and treated happily right away. Problem solved. Dave obviously wanted a happy customer and he got one. I would definitely recommend Shaggy's to anybody who wants carpets cleaned.
Tip: You may get an answering machine when you call, but don't worry. He'll call you back pretty quickly.

My dog recently broke into the dog food cabinet and ate about 10 cups of kibble and washed it down with about the same amount of water. There was no way her belly could hold all that, and the inevitable occurred in several places throughout the house - on white carpet in a lovely shade of burnt orange.

A friend recommended Shaggy's because they specialize in pet problems. When I called, he was pretty busy, but he could tell I was desperate and came out the next day.

I seriously did not believe that the carpet could be saved, but he sprayed this magic enzyme stuff on it and the burnt orange disappeared instantly (along with the accompanying aroma). The only evidence remaining is where I tried to clean the carpet myself before Shaggy's got there.

The price was fair, he did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
