We were looking for a truck and we found a great one here at Big Two Toyota. The truck was sweet, the salesman, Rob, was the best, and the price was below blue book. The employees were very friendly and professional. We were very happy

First of all, my mom owns an 09 Camry which she has serviced like clock work at Big Two. Two weeks ago I decided to purchase a used car from them. I found an 07 Accord with only 23,000 miles on it and really thought it was a decent deal. I did tell the salesman on the test drive that something felt funny but he assured me that it just needed an alignment and balance. After paying CASH, I take the car home and all of a sudden it doesn't want to shift into second or third without putting up a fight. The car is covered under the dealerships 30 day 1,000 mile warranty. I call them and the response was to take the vehicle to Honda! Really? Well that was great as far as my transmission. They told me that even though it had a clean carfax, that it had been trashed in some sort of accident because it was really damaged! So now, two weeks have gone by, Big Two has my 15 grand and the car has been and is still in the shop at the VERY FRIENDLY HONDA dealership RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!! Wow, the dealership I didn't even buy the car at is fixing my car for FREE and toyota is turning their noses at me. I find this sickening considering the fact that I cannot believe they didn't know about this. The salesman even knows that I'm a cancer survivor trying to pay off my medical bills and he told me a sob story of course and then sold me a defective car. Wow. I understand that things do happen but leaving a customer in the dark about things and just saying sorry isn't enough. I am out 15 GRAND and sitting at home with no car. Thanks BIG TWO!

Pokite, friendly FAST service! Plus, you can get a mani/pedi while you wait! Super area to do work or just relax while you wait for your vehicle to be finished.

I love this dealership. They are friendly, helpful and polite. I have been in multiple times for oil changes and they are always top knotch. Not to mention the free goodies they have for customers. =)

I come a family of toyota drivers, so of course I own a toyota. We recently went in for our normal service and instead of leaving we stuck around and waited. The sales staff was very friendly to us and even though they knew we were here on service they took the time to talk to us (more than just hows the weather conversation). The service end up taking longer than expected and we visited the two other dealers near by and they were not nearly as nice. For all they knew we could have been wanting to buy a car and they were not helpful at all.

There is an element of trust that exists between you and your mechanic, like the mystical bond between the Duke boys and Cooter. When that trust is betrayed ? well, you write a review like this one.

I have owned 5 new cars in my lifetime, and this has been the only time I have ever had a routine service that cost more than the car payment itself. Big Two Toyota of Chandler, AZ, in their quest to offset the mortgage on that beautiful new garage complex with fresh cookies and a rock climbing wall, has decided that my 30,000 mile service should cost?

Wait for it?

$600.

Now I know what the ?Big Two? are ? solid brass.

To be fair, there was more service done. The service rep called mid-afternoon and said, ?Hey, you need to flush your brake fluid and your steering fluid, and you have carbon scoring in your injectors.? (Carbon scoring? Like an R2 unit accumulates during a blaster battle?) I asked how much would the service cost now. ?$250? came the immediate reply. Although I could hear the Jiffy Lube Sales Pitch in his voice, I agreed to the service, mostly out of curiosity.

We arrived at the service department later that afternoon, eager to get our car back and start packing it up for our road trip to San Diego. Now, a reasonable person would then expect the final bill to be, oh, somewhere between $250 and a little more than $250. When the bill came over the service counter, even the cashier gasped. In fact, even before I had a finger on it, she was already asking me ?would you like to talk to the service rep?? Then I saw it ? six? hundred? dollars.

Now, I have the 25,000 mile service bill next to me as I write this, and that total was $62, all told. The only difference that I see is that this time they changed the spark plugs and ?lubricated the propeller shaft?. Apparently, they itemize that euphemism now.

Pros: Lovely amusement park. Wait, isn't this a garage?

Cons: Expect the unexpected charges.
