Way too expensive to visit on a regular basis and also not open for all that many hours. I've been by several times when most places are open and it's not. Trendy hang out.
3My wife and I love the patio here. Our service was terrific (JR was the waiter). The cornbread was wonderful. I loved my green chili pork dish. Beans were bland. Guacamole was terrific. Excellent southwestern food. We'll go back.

Pros: Patio, food and service
Cons: Beans were bland
Had dinner at the Flying V over the Holidays. Arrived at the restaurant somewhat late and I ordered the baby back ribs. My dinner partner ordered Kobe beef. The server came back to let us know the Kobe beef was gone. Suggested we split the order of baby back ribs since the racks were huge. We took her suggestion asking for half Guinness sauce and half the house sauce with some ribs with each sauce on each plate. Skip the house BBQ sauce. The Guinness sauce is to die for! House salads are fresh and crisp. Service friendly, knowledgeable and not out to gouge. Try the "V" ~ you'll like it!
