I deal with alot of banks and I've never had such a run around as compass bank , Wells Fargo has always been rumored to be a difficult bank to deal with but hands down compass bank takes the lead on professionalism, and incompetence. I've never had such a run around and everything has to be sent to their legal department as if even the branch manager they have no trust in to make decisions, and they promise you a 24-48 hr. call back in which you have to call them yourselves an listen to yet the next fire ringed hoop their legal department requires from you but yet your not able to talk to legal directly to their legal department to hash things out and get an answer to their problem because they " Are unwilling to talk to the customer" what a line of crap where we have to listen and follow every step of their dictated crap but they won't even give you the time of day.
