I have a mitsubishi DLP that I bought three years ago, and it is now known to have major problems from the factory that is not easily repaired. The Technician is a nice young man who came to my home to see what the problem was He was very polite, clean, and professional. He answered all my questions and helped me understand the problem and how he would fix it. The problem I had was the green light would not stop blinking. He got the problem solved only to find I had these wierd lines moving across the screen. It was awful. He knew what caused that problem and only asked for some time with the TV at their shop. I got my TV back about a week later, and I forgot how amazing the TV looked. It looked new!. They said they fixed some kind of circuit board in the TV plus they cleaned the it inside and out They even put the TV back where they found it. The Tech is a former home theater guy, and he even hooked up my stuff so it now looks and sounds even better than before! I really appreciated all they did even when they had to come back again they were so nice and made me feel like everything was allright, and it was. Thank you for saving my TV.

When I needed some repair work on my Mitsubishi TV, I contacted All Service Electronics, who I found on the Mitsubishi website. I expected certified, professional, knowledgeble technicians who would repair my TV to it's original quaility. Instead I was insulted and yelled at . The technician was not qualified and did not know how to properly install a screen. I could have done a better job. After several attempts at installing the screen, he then decided that the quality was restored. His idea of quality is being able to recognize a shape on the screen as oppose to restoring to the previous 1080 p quality. The picture is now blurry and I can not see some words while watching the news. All Service was contacted to make ammends but when they arrived they could not tell 1080 p quality themselves. Why are they in the technology business? They are unprofessional and appear to be a mom and pops type business who is concerend about making a buck and not delivering quality work. The screen has visable lint and hair which the owner/technician said was my fault because my house was dirty. If they had properly installed the screen in the first place, then there would be no lint. I would not recommend to anyone because of their dishonesty and poor professionalism. If you want to be insulted and upset, then call them since they will do a good job. The only thing I would like is to have the picture quality restored which they can not do. If anyone has purchased one of those 1080 p TVs and can appreciate the quality, then you can tell the difference. Do not waste your time or money with these people. And they call themselves certified techs.
