Just signed a lease with them... So far so good. The property was very clean and the leasing agent who helped me was really helpful and responsive.

I signed up with RPM Pinnacle after buying a 13 unit foreclosure. The property was in bad shape when I bought it. RPM helped me get the property back up to code and tenanted in a fair time. Kim in the office was especially good to work

My wife and I presently reside, in a property managed by Pinnacle Property Management, formly managed by Jump Property Management.. Since our moving in, during September 2008, right from the start, we have had one hassle after another with our neighbors, which reside right next door to us in the next building, and in other buildings throughout this apartment complex.. We have reported these difficuties to the onsite manager on several occasions, which there has been absolutely nothing accomplished by the management staff, onsite or otherwise, to rectify these difficulties, at least where we could notice.. I/we have called the Tucson Police on two occasions, which the Tucson Police responded to in force directly, which sad to say, only served to stop the unsatisfactory events for the moment, only to resurface again on a near furture date, which is to say, almost daily/nightly.. We have not been aforded "Peaceable Living" since we took pocession of our apartment, nor do we feel safe living here anymore.. One would think, that paying $1195.00 per month, plus water, trash and electrical, way out here off Starrpass, not far from the rather large resort, just a mile or so further down Starrpass, well, we would not experience this type of unjustifiable living conditions, yet here we are, and so are the unsatisfactory living conditions, with neighbors who need to be dealt with swiftly and severely, with a management staff, who's only purpose in life that we have experienced, in to take our mothly rental fee each and every month, and not do a single thing to rectifiy these situation(s)!!! You may not want to choice Starr View @ Starrpass as the apartemnt complex, in which you want to reside!!! Pros: Away from city life proper, and this is the only pro to residing here..

Cons: Although we are away from city life proper, the staff here is only concerned with taking my monthly rental fee, and not correcting the difficulties we have identified to them..
