Has all the components of a very, very good restaurant & bakery but is not quite there. Service is friendly but not really attentive. The salad greens were room temp but the vinaigrette was delicious. Pasta pillows with lobster sauce including a small lobster tail garnish was tasty but not hot. Bread is not included and a plate of 4 pieces of so-so garlic baguette was included at a charge of $8.00!!! Amy has a display of the most beautiful desserts I've ever seen. Really stunning but the coconut cake I had was dry and tasted like 'refrigerator burn'. The french press coffee was hot and delicious. The restaurant itself is attractive but feels a little 'cold' - drapes at the window might help. Amy and her husband, Samy, were very friendly. I hope that they can fine tune their enterprise as it would be a wonderful addition to that part of Scottsdale.
