IntelliQuick Delivery is one of the most reliable delivery companies Ive ever worked with. I use IQ's services on a daily basis and have never had a negative experience with the company or its drivers. Our office has a very professional

They hire any driver that has a pulse. Half of them are convicted felons. There are maybe 10 out of the 100+ driver's they have who are respectable. They have so much turmoil and drama in the office it is unreal. The office manager is involved in a lesbian love triangle with a girl named Andrea who heads the legal dept and another girl who works at the Tucson location. The owner, Keith Spizirri, takes 10+% off the top of each and every job and THEN pays the driver his 50%. This is totally illegal and a breach of the contract every driver signs. They just don't know it because the rate that comes across on their nextel radio is AFTER his cut, so they have no reason to think anything is amiss. Do I have a grudge against them? Not really. I just think they are the most unfair and absoulute worst run company I have ever been associated with. For example, the freight dept used to work out of a trailer in the back area. Keith (THE OWNER) sent an email to the office manager (They one having the lesbian love fest) that said "the girls in freight need to get off their fat asses and stop sitting around in the GD trailer and doing nothing. They are just fat slobs" and accidentally sent it to everyone in the company! just like a funny commercial. "Wanna get away?" That was hillarious. Then he immediately sends another email retracting it and apologizing to them. Only because they received it in the first place. He is a snake. A very dishonest, cheap and unprofessional scheister. They have lost a ton of accounts, including Transnation title to Coyote Courier. They are on the verge of losing their largest account, Sonora Labs, due to poor service. Sonora absolutely can't stand them. The days of IQ Can Do are coming to a fast halt. They are barely scraping by now as drivers are making well under $100 a day and are very upset. Changes have been made all that benefit Keith and only Keith. The driver's are becoming aware of this and hopefully it will all come crashing down down Keith

Be careful with what you read on these reviews. You never know who is a real customer and who is a competitor trying to make another business look bad. I can verify as a customer that Intelliquick has been a great asset for our company in the delivery of local freight, especially items over 25 lbs. FedEx and UPS have great next-day rates on small items, but Intelliquick has programs to allow same or next-day freight at SIGNIFICANTLY reduced charges from the national companies. And I have found that few other courier companies operate on a scale that allows them to provide dedicated account managers who sincerely care about your business.
Let me tell you, the expedited delivery business is full of "mom-and-pops" who will continually target the biggest and the best companies. The fact is that ALL courier companies make mistakes - they manage so many people and have extremely time-critical missions all day long every day. It is inevitable. But I have not found any other company that can provide the range of services that Intelliquick offers.

IntelliQuick Delivery is the most efficient, customer service oriented delivery company I have ever dealt with and their prices for in town deliveries beat the Big Boys like UPS and Fed Ex hands down. I deal with this company regularly and they have never let me or company down. If you want great service at a fair price call IntelliQuick.

Pros: Great Service at a good price

After many phone calls from me about where my package was they finally after 3 days realized they had been trying to deliver it to the wrong city!!!! This morning I was guaranteed it would be here by 5:00 - it's almost 6:00 and they can't even figure out where their driver is!!! So frustrated! The people that work there have been friendly and polite, but that still doesn't get me my freight!

The people I talked with at Inetlliquick Delivery were the most arrogrant group of people I have ever dealt with. The way they talked you would think they walked on water. Fortunately their arrogance forced me to find another service in Phoenix, one that was fantastic.
