I would eat here every day if I could, but sadly 1) too far west for my laziness and 2) I would be poor. This is not because it is expensive (very reasonable prices for fantastic Italian), but more so that I have no self control when it comes to this place.

Nothing like a teeny, tiny treasure in the ghetto. I'm a huge fan of the open fire pit of pizza ovens, as the crust has this 'fire roasted' warmth and toastiness. The fresh mozz, and sauce on the margherita pizza was clean, simple and leaves you craving for more. I've also had the penne a la vodka, which is al dente and dripping with saucy goodness.

My only bummer is that they no longer serve spaghetti con salsiccia, a beautiful symphony brought to life by a touch of white wine. Don't worry though, between the pizza, the tantalizing appetizer of flat bread and caponata (think a tasty olive tapenade) and the home made deliciousness of pasta dishes, you will be stuffed to the brim with Italian happiness.

Notes: Pizza A Metro has extremely limited parking (it's in the same parking lot as Circle K), and the seating is limited, not good for large groups.

This is the best Italian Food you will ever have! Be sure to bring your own bottle of wine, and don't be overwhelmed by the Circle K next door, it only adds character!
