D J Bitzan Jewelers

DJ Bitzan Jewelers are the only Jewelers my future husband and I will ever work with again! Their employees are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and give AMAZING customer service. When my fiance' bought my engagement ring from DJ Bitzan he was so impressed with his experience with Laura that he made sure we went back to her for our wedding bands. I had a specific look in mind and was very picky about what I wanted. Laura listened to what I was looking for and then her and Chris went to work. They searched and searched and searched, and found the EXACT RING I was looking for. We love our rings and my Fiance' and I are so happy with our experience... Moving forward we will only work with DJ Bitzan Jewelers. We're so confident in their products, quality, and service, we will refer them for years to come! We can't thank Laura and Chris enough!

My fiancee is from St. Cloud and after speaking with her father, I decided I wanted to buy her engagement ring at DJ Bitzan Jewelers. My future father-in-law had nothing but positive things to say about Dick Bitzan and his store. Although I live out of state, it was easy communicating with Dick, and making the purchase was smooth. His staff (in particular Patricia) was excellent-very knowledgeable, patient, nice, and professional. I want to thank DJ Bitzan's for their excellent service and for the gorgeous ring I bought. Our personal experience with Dick at D.J. Bitzan Jewelers has been a wonderful one! He has really held our hands through the process of acquiring an engagement ring and the wedding bands we plan on buying. We were referred to him by a close friend who also bought top quality diamonds and bands from D.J. Bitzan.
Dick has really taken the time to educate us on diamonds and metals. Since we live in California, that isn't an easy task. He is prompt with emails and has creative solutions for us constantly. We really love working with him and will go through him for any other big jewelry purchases in the future.
As the bride to be, I needed to resize my ring, when I took it into a jeweler out here, they couldn't believe the quality. They had to use two microscopes to find any "birthmarks" in the diamonds and they still really couldn't find anything wrong with it.
Kudos to D.J. Bitzan and Dick Bitzan. Thank you for the high quality jewelry you've brought to our lives.

My fiance was truly happy with his initial purchase at DJ Bitzan. Although nervous as most guys are, I think they really made him feel comfortable and didn't rush him to make a hasty purchase. When we went back to look at different bands, Andy our sales associate was amazing! He did everything he could to ensure that they would take care of us no matter what we decided. Even if I got a different band and didn't like it, he was totally understanding and said, "No Problem, we can always change it back!" Not once did he make me feel like i was being difficult or wishy washy. His main concern was that I loved my ring, and I can honestly say...I LOVE IT!!! The staff here are amazing, I would highly recommend DJ Bitzan to anyone!

We went into their store for the grand opening of their new location. We were pleased with their huge selection and left with a bracelet we had not planned on buying! They have good customer service and the staff was not pushy. Their prices were good and the quality of the jewelry is really good!

I do not hesitate to head to D J Bitzan to shop for jewelry for my wife. We purchased our wedding rings from them many many years ago and still am very pleased with the quick and thorough service of our rings. Staff is very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable.

Used them for 15 years and they have great service. Quickly clean and repair jewelry. Great selection of jewelry. I liked that they were in Crossroads Mall but now they have their own building across the street (a little less convenient for dropping something off and picking it up an hour later).

I have used DJ Bitzan Jewelers for over 30 years. The customer service I have received is the best in the area. They are not open on Sundays so their employees can be with their families. I like the strong family connection even though at times it may be inconvenient for the customer.
