At this point, I rate them extremely efficient. They are on time, answer questions without rolling their eyes, give an approximation of what it could cost in a worst case scenario while always making it perfectly clear that things might be cheaper or more expensive depending on what they find once the roof is off, tell the customer what is going to be done, make themselves available for questions.
The only reason for the 4-star rating is that they have not done the work yet. I will update these comments at that time. I could raise them to a 5-star rating if the job is as good as the presentation.

I am assuming all will be as stated as far as cleanliness. Everything else has been wonderful. Today we finally heard the official OK from our insurance agent. That is why I waited so long to get back to your web site with a rating. The other referrals you sent us were wonderful, too. We are very pleased with how quickly you responded to our request for assistance and to how everything has turned out. Can't wait to get our new roof.
