Absolutely excellent attorney! Smart, aggressive, and professional! Simply put, he's the best worker's comp lawyer in Mpls! Worker's Compensation insurance company lawyers get concerned when he takes on a client, because they know that Dave Bialke will ensure that his client gets every dime his client is owed. He's brilliant! He knows the system -- he's been practicing in Minnesota Worker's Comp for 2 decades. If you want your case handled by the best, retain him! I did and I made the right choice. He's honest and told me everything I needed to know in order to make my right decision on my case. I don't make recommendations lightly. Based upon my personal experience, I give Dave Bialke my highest recommendation!

I have known Mr. David Bialke for many years and have found him to be a man who consistently and boldly stands behind his convictions. Mr. Bialke has several characteristics that serve his clients well: He is intelligent, well studied and informed, draws logical conclusions and most important; is very effective at presenting an issue and influencing the opinions of his listeners.

Because of these strengths and the trust I have in his legal expertise I have always sought out David??s advice first. I have received sound legal advice on several issues. I have been very satisfied with Mr. Bialke??s professional legal advice. One positive attribute that stood out to me in particular was integrity. Though he had the capability to represent me in a particular legal need, Mr. Bialke??s professional integrity and his commitment to giving clients the best legal advice, he passed the opportunity to earn money from me and referred me to another lawyer he felt had greater specialized skills to best represent my particular needs. All has worked out very well & I have no doubt David steered me in the right direction.

I have been very pleased with all the legal advice, guidance and direction I have received.

The simple fact is, if you are looking for an outstanding Attorney with whom you can place all your trust, and is the very best at what he/she does, then your search is over. David Bialke is the right lawyer for you.

My quality of my life has been profoundly and positively affected through the sincere dedication and expertise of Mr. Bialke. Were it not for him and his legal acumen and competency to guide me on multiple occasions, I would not be where I am today.

If/when you chose David Bialke as your lawyer, you are not only getting an advocate and legal expert to represent you and guide you through the quagmire of our judicial processes and system. You get someone who genuinely cares about you, and whom I??m sure you will call a friend and not just your Attorney when all is said and done.

I was so impressed with the work, guidance, and advice that Dave has given me, that I referred my sister to him. His expertise was absolutely paramount in settling her case and the good life she has today is a direct result of Mr. Bialke??s hard work and devotion to his clients.

If you??re looking for the best Attorney, someone who is fair, intelligent, honest, and extremely good at what he does. Someone you can trust and allows you to sleep at night because you know he??s on the job for you. Then without any hesitation whatsoever I unequivocally recommend David Bialke.

A really good friend of mine who lives in the Minneapolis, MN area was recently injured at his construction job and and just could not get any help in trying to file a workmen comp claim. Workmen comp tried to claim the injuries were pre-existing. Long story short, I got a reference for a workmen comp attorney Mr. Dave Bialke and passed his name on to my injured buddy. What a blessing Mr. Bialke turned out to be. My buddy said Mr. Bialke immediately got on board and took charge of the workmen comp claim and things started to happen. Doctor bills got paid and as well as compensation payments. My buddy said Mr. Bialke was a true, caring professional who came through at a difficult time. Two thumbs up for Bialke and thank you.

I thought I would be the last guy to ever hire a lawyer because I am not one of those guys trying to get rich off of an injury. Some people think that no matter what, someone is to blame and should pay, even when its just an accident. Well, I am a painter by trade and took a bad fall off a scaffold that didn't have a guard rail attached correctly. I was partially my own damn fault and I am not looking to cash out big on it. But I was in the hospital for several weeks and then 3 months of rehab but probably can't go back to any sort of physical job. The medical bills have been piling up and I can't pay them. Now I am possibly facing having to file bankrupcy and would lose a lot of stuff I have worked hard for - my boat, my motorcycle, etc. The painting contractor I worked for had the proper workman's comp insuraance but they are claiming its not their responsibility because the general contractor's insurance should be paying. They claim its because it was at their site and we were using their scaffolding equipment and their guys had actually set it up and make the error that caused the accident. And of course the builder and his insurance company are fighting that. So here I am caught in the middle.

A buddy of mine had a situation that David Bialke helped him out with several years ago and suggest I give him a call. David was very patient and listened to my troubles and told me right up front that these types of situations are really tough, especially when you are talking about hundreds of thousands of dollars. He told me that its not a matter of whether I would ever collect on this but sometimes these things can take years, especially when there is a dispute about which insurance company has to pay. He was willing to take it on but wanted me to be realistic. He even gave me a couple of names of other lawyers in case I wanted to get other opinions. I did talk to one of them and got pretty much the same story but I felt more confident working with David just because of his no-bs approach cuz thats the kinda guy I am.

Anyway, after getting the run around like I did with the insurance company, he got the state's Dept of Labor involved and used their mediation process to force some action. The end result was that the painter's insurance was responsible to pay me. If they think the builder was at fault for causing the injury it shouldn't affect me but they can sue the builder and his liability coverage would cover it if they win.

I still can't work but at least now that the bills are being paid the rehab will continue and someday hopefully I can. Thanks to David.

David Bialke is an excellent attorney. When I was referred to him I was upset as the previous attorney I had was only interested in settling my case and moving on to his next case. My previous attorney did not explain the benefits I was entitled to or how we would get them, or what my possible options were. When I met with Mr. Bialke he explained at length the possible options that he recommended for me and what he could do for me. I liked his approach and how he took the time to make sure I understood everything he was doing for me. I was only going to get pennies with my previous attorney, but Mr. Bialke brought my case back from nothing and got me an excellent settlement. I am sure the insurance company knew he was serious about going to trial for me. Hearing him speak with the insurance company was profound, he had such a level of confidence in his voice that he quickly restored my faith that my case would work out. I highly recommend Mr. Bialke.

I had been working with another law firm and after a year of getting nowhere trying to "negotiate" with my former employer's insurance company, It was a mistake to hire a big city law firm and I think I was just one of hundreds of cases and its just a numbers game with them with the least amount of effort. These big law firms don't seem to have a desire to do what it takes to fight the big insurance companies. They probably do as much work for them as for us workers and don't want to rock the boat.

So I decided to work with Dave instead who is independent and really works hard for each of his clients. I felt he was on my side right from the first phone call. The issue I am having is that I am unable to work any longer. The insurance company is balking at treating my case as a permanent disability, which it is. Dave made it clear to them that he was ready to play hard-ball and take it to court. Just prior to our first hearing, the insurance company caved and offered a reasonable settlement.

So if you think the insurance company or your employer is jerking you around rather than making good on your claim, Dave is the guy to call. Seriously!

David Bialke is a top notch attorney and I would recommend him highly to anyone who has been injured. When I was injured at work as a carpenter, I felt no one cared. The insurance company ordered me around and made me feel like a liar and a cheat. The doctors seemed to be scared of the insurance company also. The best thing I did was hire Mr. Bialke. He explained everything to me in a manner that I really liked. He is a down to earth guy when I met with him and talked with him, but when we got to Court he was well prepared and I could tell that the Judge respected him. From his first argument at court I knew we had won. He is a friend of the working man and I will recommend him to anyone.

I was an injured worker with back surgery in fall of 2006 and never returned to my old job as a tool maker. David Bialke is an excellent work comp attorney, and without his profesional skill and knowing of the system, I would not have got the results that I recieved. Mr. Bialke was very specific and thoughtfull for the two and a half years it took for my case to settle, everybody should have representation like I recieved from David Bialke. Mr. Bialke also helped me to get and recieve dissability social security which is very helpfull in transition from workers compensation claim. I will tell anybody who needs help with workers compensation or social security to give David Bialke a call, he knows his stuff and cares about your future.

David Bialke is an excellent attorney. I hired him after I suffered a major injury. I already had an attorney but I wasn't happy with his representation. I was referred to Mr. Bialke by a friend and I was so happy for getting Mr. Bialke on my side. He met with me personally and explained the process in a clear manner. He was always available to talk and promptly returned my calls when he wasn't available. Although he was busy, he kept me informed through each step of the process in a manner I could understand. He treated me with respect and was easy to talk to. When we went to Court, he was aggressive, skillful, and he got me a very good result. It was clear that the insurance company respected him. I highly recommend him to anyone needed an aggressive attorney, yet someone who is respectful and comfortable to work with.

David Bialke is a hypocrite lawyer of unprofessional conduct. A liar in every sense of the word, very rude. He didn't file my paperwork on time because he forgot the deadline. He lied to me about it trying to fool me with false dates, he was very disrespectful, condescending and arrogant. He didn't know I was ready to fired him because I didn't receive any news about my case and he never follow up with me. I've been dealing with Bialke for one year and never seen results in my case. In the beginning he told me what I wanted to hear until I signed a retainer then after I stuck with him he was very arrogant, didn't answer questions related to my case or he was "too busy" to follow up with me. After this bad experience I hire a good attorney instead that gave me results in my case and the right information. Bialke lack of ethics, disrespect and hypocrisy were overwhelming. Bad business, shady man.

I have been dealing with this lawyer for the last year and a half and I had a bad feeling from the beginning of my dealing with him but I had already signed a retainer and I was stuck with him. He does not return phone calls, flat out lies about what he has said at previous meetings and on phone calls, refuses to answer any questions that I had about my case and flat out told me that this case was one of many he was working on and it did not affect his life one way or another if we got money or not. He is rude and seems to be offended by smart, bright and intelligent women who seem to question him or simply askes questions about his thougths and steps to working on your case. I was refured to him by another attorney and I fired him today and am seeking new councel because I cannot even wrap my mind around going to court with this guy who does not give a damn about me or my situation. I am in my mid 20's and I am dealing with a life altering spinal injury I received at work. I am now in the situation of possibly losing my house due to $50,000 in hospital bills that are being refused by the work comp insurance company. When I explain my stressful situation to him his works to me were "What, do you expect me to pay your bills for you, what do you want me to do about it?" He has been the most disrespectful non-professional person I have ever had to deal with an dI only feel confident and free now that I am not paying him to treat me like garbage
