Of coarse I would rate us 5 stars...I am co-owner of this Salon/Spa. I would like to post a special thank you to all of our clients who have rated and reviewed us with such high remarks. We try our best to serve you with the kind of customer service that we would like to receive in return. In regards to the poor review I am mindfull of what was writen and will do my best to address all of the concerns. We strive to create an atmosphere that is an expeirence rather than just another service. We listen and learn and act! We can only be better form changing what was not acceptable. Thank you to all our clients!

I used to regularly see a hair stylist for my curly hair needs in another salon and found out she was let go. She ended up calling her client list with the news that she was now working parttime at Salon Spatoria. I had never been there, but I wanted to keep my same stylist, so I gave it a whirl and drove out from Eden Prairie.

First impression when I walked in was "ok." The building looked alright and it was a decent set up. The receptionists, on the other hand, were extremely young and pretty unprofessional. One was wearing dress pants that were completely frayed at the bottom. The other looked like she just woke up and threw her hair in a messy ponytail. A great look when greeting guests at a salon, right? While they were nice enough, they weren't extra friendly. It was very matter-of-fact. They had me wait as my stylist was wrapping up an appointment. It was funny hearing them giggling over Facebook and asking each other whether the lady that had just left had paid or not. Meanwhile, one of the hair stylists came out sporting frayed jeans and a hoody. I thought I had walked into Super Cuts for a second. THIS is Victoria's idea of a high-end salon & spa? Classy, indeed.

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, so I was happy to wait. About 5 minutes later, I saw my stylist walk out with her client. She walked back into the salon without looking at me once. I thought, "Well, maybe she didn't see me." I had put down the magazine assuming I was going to get called in momentarily. How wrong I was. 15 minutes go by and nothing. She didn't come out to get me, the receptionists kept giggling away at Facebook. Finally, one of them turned to me and said: "Oh. You have an appointment with X, right?" I said,"Yes." She went back to the salon. I assumed she was checking on my stylist to see if she was ready for me. The receptionist comes back out and doesn't say a word to me. Ok. So I wait another 10 minutes and finally just had it. I walked up and said, "I've been here for 30 minutes and I don't have any more time to wait." The wide-eyed girl was surprised and just said, "Oh. I'm sorry... do you want me to reschedule you?" I just stopped her there and said, "No. Not really. I've seen enough." I left and I have NO intention of ever returning. If you're in the Twin Cities area, do yourself a favor and pick one of the many friendly, classy salons that are available. Not this dump. It's not too much to ask for a little customer service and professional people.

Love to watch our community grow with such a wonderful Spa. The staff is first class and seams to make every one that comes in feel special.

My wedding is a month away. I called a month and a half ago to make appointments for my bridal party to get their hair done. They said they would call back and never did. I called two weeks later, was told I was set. I tried to add a make-up session for myself and again was told they would call me back and they didn't. So last Friday I stopped in to check up on everything to find my appointments were not on the books!!! The front desk lady was snotty, and when I called on Monday to speak to a manager she was just as pathetic. They said they could squeeze in one or two but I needed five, so that did not fix THEIR mistake at all! The only consolation I was given was an insincere "Sorry," that was so lackluster they could have just said piss off and gotten the same effect. They know nothing about customer service and treated me like poorly! Take my advice, go ten minutes west on highway 5 to Waconia and go to Off the Top Hairstyling, they are professional, polite, and know how to make a customer feel valued!

Pros: None

Cons: Everything

When I pay good money for a haircut and color, I expect great looking results and an expert opinion. I was not happy with my color, and my haircut was something I could've gotten from a stylist at Great Clips. The stylist gave me no input on styles or advice on what to do with my hair. The color was completely uneven; the back of my head was a completely different color than the front. When I complained about the color, the stylist offered to try to fix it, but by this point I had already spent 3 hours at the salon and was not certain she could even fix the problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Pros: location is close to my house

Cons: no advice, poor service

It was so inviting as soon as I walked in the door. It was bustling with people but I didn't feel like I was not part of it. Offered with somthing to drink and told it would just be a minute before I would be taken back for my manicure I was content and comfortable. As soon as I was taken back to the "quite area" The feeling of relaxation came across me. The tech was very polite, inviting and professional. What a fabulous expierence along with the best service and manicure I've ever had. I can't wait to go back and try the other srevices they offer.

I've had massages at spas, salons & schools all over the metro, but have never gotten as much relief as I did from my myofascial release treatments here. Even though it's medical massage, it's more relaxing and rejuventating than sports injury massage. I'm more agile and have greater range of motion than before. Best kept secret around. Worth the drive to Victoria for the relief!

This is a welcoming, professional and amazing salon and spa!!!! The staff is experienced, down to earth and amazing! I have had hair services here, massages, facials, manicures and pedicures. All of it! Not one of these services have been anything else but exceptional. This is a place that cannot be fully described in words with the positve experiences I have had!
