Well I received an email stating that Rockabilia was having a sale on T-Shirts and I have gotten emails from them for years and thought why not. So I found some shirts priced at 5.99 a piece and thought wow this is a great deal. I ended up purchasing 7 shirts total including 2 for my son and a mask. I get an email saying that 2 of the shirts are "out of stock". Well I check the website and not only are they NOT out of stock but they are on there at full price. I thought well that's strike one. I get my order finally and received 1 shirt I ordered and the 2 for my son. I had to email them and ask them where the rest of my stuff was. I get an email saying they were "out of stock" and I would be refunded. Strike two. Then my mask was on "backorder" and this was at the end of February. I forget about it and received an email last week saying its still on "backorder" and would be shipping shortly. I think oh ok then. Well I get an email tonight saying they "discontinued" the item and I can use MY money to buy something from their site. Strike three. HELL NO!!! I want my money back and I will NEVER do business with these clowns again. It's websites like these that make people afraid to buy online. The guy I talked to from "customer service" said that their inventory system isn't that great and that they "miscalculate" their inventory sometimes. Sounds like you need to fire your inventory team. I can safely say I am going to stick to Amazon and eBay where they actually give a damn about their customers and business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!

This site is terrible. Customer service is even worse. They sent me a thin, flimsy, cheap, pixilated-home-photoshop job for $30, with no licensing proof written anywhere on the poster, so I am assuming this is an illegal print as well. The poster also arrived ripped. I wanted a refund because the poster was terrible, they refused it and they wanted me to go out of my way to cut a chunk of the poster out and mail it back to them before they would send a replacement. I have never heard of a company doing that, it is ridiculous. I DON'T WANT ANOTHER ONE OF YOUR CRAPPY OVERPRICED BASEMENT ILLEGAL PRINT POSTERS ROCKABILLIA!

I'm not entirely sure what was worse about my experience with Rockabilia: the fact that they took three and a half months finally admit that one of the shirts that I ordered was discontinued, (at which point customers are required to call them and say "yes, I would like my money back") or the fact that the invoice (packing list) I was sent actually had the audacity to state: "The manufacturer recently discontinued the items giving us little time to rectify the situation." I fail to see how an order placed on January 19, 2011 that I was notified as being discontinued today (May 3, 2011) qualifies as "little time." The fact that on has to take action to receive a refund (which, incidentally, the invoice never mentioned, it only mentioned an EXCHANGE, which is obviously better for their company) is appalling, I have never dealt with a business that actually had the outright balls to make such a shady maneuver.

Oh, and Rockabilia, just a tip: it looks a hell of a lot more professional if you DIDN'T TYPE A DISCLAIMER AT THE BOTTOM OF YOUR INVOICE IN ALL CAPS. That way, when you misspell "expedite" as "EXPIDITE," your spell checker will actually catch it. I will not be purchasing anything from you in the future, and I will advise others to do the same.

I ordered something off of here for an anniversary present, and I ordered it a month in advance. No order should take more than a month, unless is something VERY popular, which this item was NOT. After purchasing the item it said that it would be 2-8 weeks for the item to come in, which did not seem right to me. So I have been waiting for a while, and on the 7th week(way past the anniversary), they tell me it is STILL on backorder, and may take another 2-8 weeks to get to me. There is no reason for it to take that long, so I told them to just cancel my order. I felt like I was never going to get my item. I would not ever recommend this site, and would recomend getting the same items from elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online it said the my order failed. But there was a Pending Authorization on my card for the amount of the order. So I called the customer service line and they couldn't (or wouldn't) push my order through. And I didn't have enough funds to simply just replace the order. (I was short $4, and they wouldn't discount the shipping. this would have solved my whole problem) They wouldn't call amex and remove the Auth and they wouldn't push my order through. They wouldn't release the funds so I could take my business elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. And I'm surprised they stayed in business this long.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS WITH AN ORDER, SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY!!
The shirt I received is not the shirt I ordered. I ordered a mans size small as pictured on the image Rockabilia provided and I received a womans style shirt. The image they provided showed a typical mens shirt with a small opening crew neck with about a 1" wide hem (not a wide opening neck with a feminine 1/2" hem with enough space to wear a necklace hanging down) Also the sleeves shown in the image were a typical mens t-shirt sleeve (NOT feminine tiny cap style sleeves that are super tight around my skinny 135 lb, 5' 8" son) Also their image shows the "Opeth" image to be about 1" below the collar (not 4" down the middle of the shirt and towards the right a bit. When my son put this shirt on it looked like he was wearing his sisters shirt. I emailed customer service and didn't hear back so I called their number 1(952) 556-1121 and talked to Shannon who said she was the supervisor. She was rude and kept repeating that it wasn't a girls shirt, it wasn't their fault and it was just my opinion. She said if I wanted a refund I would have to return the shirt with my own money and when they receive it they would only refund me for the shirt, not the overpriced shipping that they charged me of $8.00 for a $1 stamp that it cost them to ship. I should not have to spend any money to return something that was wrong to no fault of my own. She refused and told me she was ending the call and she hung up the phone on me. They have very poor customer service. They emailed me back saying that the shirt was an import and that they have no control over the style. I ordered this shirt on Amazon and Rockabilia was the merchant. I have never had a problem like this that I had to file with the Bet. Business Bureau. This business falsely advertises their merchandise and the customer is stuck and out money. I want a full refund with a return label so I can return their shirt on their dime, not mine since I ordered a mens small and rcvd a womens shirt.
