Buyers beware they sell iron eater iron filters as lifetime warranty to buyer. Mine is less than 5 years old never has worked as advertised. Ask my very unhappy wife. Clothes do not stay white, They wont honor warranty on the upper valve body head assembly. Filter goes thru its cycles but the water never shuts off when it gets to the end of its last cycle. As other reviews they want 175 dollars to come look at it. Paid $3600 plus taxes

Warranty work to this company means arguing and charging $175 or no show. They install inferior products and are very difficult. We have almost $1800 into ours, it is new, still not working and dealing with the company has forced us to write off the investment and purchase a new, different model. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE
They say they represent Big Iron Drilling - Products and services - Verify before you buy - Check the mounting complaints at the BBB of MN
Make sure you shop around - this is not a reputable place to do business for my dollar....
