Do not take your car to this garage! My car was towed there one night when it broke down on the highway. I live in Farmington so it is a good hour away.
3 days later I picked up my car. I had gotten a mile or so down the road after picking it up and it started smoking again!! This time I had my baby in the car with me. I was furious that they would let me leave their shop, after paying them for repairs, knowing I had my infant with me . I want to know, how do they sleep at night?? There is no way a good mechanic would not test drive the vehicle prior to letting the owner leave with it. They couldn't have done that. I called them and was told they would compensate me by coming and towing the car back to THEIR garage. Yeah, right!! That's like taking my hard earned money and flushing it down the toilet! Just don't trust these people to fix your car.

My Pontiac Grand Am would randomly not start for
me. After spending $2,000 at dealerships
who replaced every part related to starting a car,
I then went to Plymouth Automotive. They immediately
knew it was a problem with the computer chip inside
the key. They didn't even charge me.
I think Kelly is being too harsh because she doesn't
realize how deep inside the engine the head gasket is.
Plus symptoms of leaking verses blown head gasket get worse with time.

After 10 years of searching for a reliable auto shop, I have finally found one! Chuck, Scott, and the others are completely honest and provide impeccable service. I brought my car into them for a second opinion on my radiator, and they discovered that a $5 clamp broke. Needless to say, saved me a lot of money.

Given the fact that I purchase older cars, I need a mechanic that I can trust. I have been going to them for 4 years now and would have my car towed over 60 miles to them because I know they always save me money in the long run. 8 family members and friends now go there as well.

I used to like going to Plymouth Automotive for car repairs - their rates are reasonable (compared to everyone else - we all know car repairs are astronomical in general), and it SEEMED like they know what they're doing, but now I'm not so sure. I had my car in their shop THREE times and it eventually took a (very expensive) trip to the dealer to diagnose a head gasket problem. It took 6 months and several cases of me being stranded for them to finally admit they couldn't help me. The dealer had it figured out with one look and had no idea why Plymouth Automotive couldn't figure it out. I don't feel as if I can trust them anymore.
