I hired them (Burnsville) to clean 2 couches and 1 chair. I booked an appointment for dry cleaning, but the technician didn't do that - he steam cleaned them so I was stuck with wet furniture all day and a bunch of wet cushions propped up all around my living room. No big deal, but when they dried and I was able to pick them up, upon turning them over, I could see that they didn't clean the other side of them (which happened to be the top side). They weren't even touched, nor were the inside arms of the chair (the propped cushion was blocking this). Their contract says they gurantee their work, but when I called to discuss what happened with Todd the owner (whom I was told I had to speak with), my calls were never returned by him. The receptionist finally told me when I kept calling back that Todd didn't want to take the time to talk with me and wouldn't refund anything (I initially said I thought $30 was fair - peanuts compared to the $458 they charged me). My request for a refund was purely on principle, it's not about the money. However, being a small business owner in this economy, I would think one would take the time to at least return a phone call. The future business he will lose from me and anyone of my friends is far greater then the $30. I was appalled at the obvious shortcuts done with the job, but more disappointed in the complete lack of customer service. I do not recommend them at all!

I used this company to clean my carpets and had nothing but problems! First, had to argue with the square footage they "claimed" they cleaned. They didn't move the couches downstairs or clean when they said they did. The guy came an hour early without notifying me so I didn't have my house ready.I called the manager to tell him how dissatisfied I was with the service and that they had overstated my square footage that I was paying extra for. They never called me back and was rude on the phone.I ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and the company gave me a portion of my money back.Do not use these guys!
