The promises they made when I joined were not honored. Apex, their payment system is a completely different company therefore there was much confusion between Apex and Anytime Fitness relating to bills and promotions. It was an enormous headache and very annoying. If you sign up with them you better hope there are no problems with your bill or you will be very unhappy. Their system also doesn't correctly "track" your workouts therefore if you are hoping for insurance discounts (which require a certain amounts of workouts per month) you are out of luck. Lastly, they don't tell you this but there is a 30-day notice that is required to cancel your membership.....and you have to do that through Apex, you are not able to cancel your membership at the gym (which I thought was ridiculous).
*One last side note....the owner is very nice but the employees are very rude and not helpful.
