Quick and easy service. Comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi so I could keep working and a place for the kids to keep themselves entertained. I will be back. Thank you.

I've bought 2 cars from Ryan in the past few years, and I'm currently shopping for a 3rd for my son. Whenever I'm dealing with Ryan, the employees are very helpful and professional in every department. I feel that they truly care about me as a customer and they treat me with respect. My daughter was in a car accident and I needed a reliable replacement vehicle quickly. Brad Erickson (Collision) and Jeff Seibert (Sales) worked together to help with the insurance paperwork and to get my daughter into a dependable and reasonably priced used car that she absolutely loves ! I will definitely do more business with Ryan and will recommend the dealership to my friends. Thanks guys for the great customer service !!

I brought my 2011 Tahoe into the service drive today. I was a little nervous, until Tom approached me and asked how he could help. He got me set up in a loaner car, and I was out, and on with my day. I suggest them to anyone who needs car maintenance done!

In 2009, Bob Ryan sold my elderly senior citizen mother a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer LS with 7,800 miles that was a lease return. I told my mother ONLY buy a Bumper to Bumper GM Factory Extended Warranty also known as a GMPP GENERAL MOTORS

When buying a lemon from Ryan beware they will make the previous owner's (CALIFORNIA RESIDENT) vehicle issues sound minor when in reality they were obviously enough of an issue that the vehicles were purchased back from GM....hence buy-back (Lemon). Get a total history on every issue the car was brought in for before buying a lemon from them because once you buy one you will have a tough time trying to sell it with "Lemon Law Vehicle" stamped in red on your MN vehicle title!! Ryan is deceptive and fraudulent!! Don't be a sucker like me!!

My car has been in service 7-8 times since October. 35 days cumulative and had 3 new batteries. I went to another dealer where they looked up my cars history. My car has had 9 new batteries total and it's a 2008. that means 6 before I even bought the car. The car had been towed twice before I got it. The service manager at that dealer said this car is a danger to the customer.

We went to gm, they contacted Ryan chev and Ryan told them it was fixed because they just replaced the battery AGAIN. Like they had all the other times that it still dies. So we have a $16,000 car that dies every 6 weeks. And have to constantly replace with a new battery! We aren't the only ones this has happened to and something big needs to happen for Ryan to realize they are falsely advertising LEMONS. When the formal paperwork comes up they slip it right under your pen and don't tell you this is a LEMON car!!! NONE of the paperwork states that until you receive your title 2 months later!!! On top of it, we didn't receive copies like another customer states that this is deemed a lemon. How coincidental. SHADY BUSINESS TACTICS STAY CLEAR OF RYAN!!!!

I was not on the lot checking out vehicles when I was approached by a sales person. They are very eager to please yet much too anxious to make contact. They need to let the customer make the first move for assistance.

I posted this to my Facebook page in September, 2009; I do not want this to happen to anybody else.

Beware of Ryan Chevrolet in Buffalo, MN as most of their inventory is manufacturer buy-backs which mean LEMONS! Since California has strict "Lemon Laws" most of the cars are purchased from there. The sales people are smooth and mention nothing verbally about the "vehicle buy-back or lemon law" in their sales pitch. When signing papers they do not go over them and just slide them in front of you....even calling incomplete and undated forms legal!

Very interesting and deceptive how I NEVER received copies of the forms mentioning "Lemon" until I called and asked what the hell was going on (after I received the title). Then magically I received them via fax; most likely these forms were purposely left out of those I took home (I might have been able to read them more carefully and then returned the vehicle the next day). They figured I wouldn't notice until the title came (2 months later) and had "Lemon Law Vehicle" stamped on it. Tell me that isn??t suspicious; the only two forms indicating "lemon" weren't given to me until requested! One of the forms I received via fax was dated by someone else (not my handwriting). Since I didn't have original copies of these forms...my signature was probably forged too.

Since Ryan Chevrolet is doing nothing about their shady business tactics; perhaps GM can buy it back from me too; I will be bringing it in for "every" little thing I find. It's in the shop today for air conditioner problems (I've had it for 2 months) and most likely it is the same issue the previous owner had.

The general manager told me today the company sells 30-40 vehicle buy-back "lemons" each month....this seems interesting considering I found a link to their website an hour ago which said "Avoid getting a lemon for your next used car". WHAT????!!!!! Does this make sense? Which story is it? Are you selling lemons yet trying to get business by telling others not to buy them?? What does that tell you? Tells me they are a bunch of flipping crooks!

Do not sign a contract before reading it very carefully and understanding all its provisions (when they try rushing you through papers they are shoving underneath your pen........STOP!). If a clause concerns you, ask to have it explained (IN PLAIN ENGLISH), or if necessary, changed!

I will never let a company sneak their shady business tactics past me again! This might end up being a very expensive lesson for me, hopefully I can save someone else from going through the same thing!
