I called about a serious consideration about this car and they sold it after I got off the phone with them and never called me back. The first time I tried to call it was re-directed to a new employee who told me it was his day off and that he doesn't have a number where I can reach someone at. I then went there because I told them I was coming in to look at it and they never told me to sold and I wasted my time and money going there. Dont waste your time.

I wanted to purchase an 1995 F-250 and I worked with a salesman named Jordan who was very nice to deal with, But the used car manager Jeff Halsne WOULD NOT allow me to take the truck to my mechanic stating it was "as is" take it or leave it. He was a complete rude jerk who talked to me like I was a child, Very Condescending! I bought the truck and the next day the tranny is spilling oil out everywhere! 5 days later now and the truck wont even start! I cant believe this Jeff guy, he shouldnt have a job where he talks and deals with people.. Avoid Superior Ford at all costs! This is a second generation LEMON I have bought from Superior Ford. Jordan my salesman was awesome though! He belongs at a reputable dealership.

Bruce Monkkonen was our salesman. He helped us to purchase our 2012 Edge by going the extra mile to get us close to our asking price on our trade in, took a few days but we didn't care. We never felt pressured, Bruce always had time for us. Dan Curry in finance helped us to get extra money off the vehicle with finance incentives, asked the usual extra warranty questions but never any pressure, very quick to close. All and all very happy with the entire experience and outcome. Thanks for the new ride!!

Overall Superior Ford has treated us well and go out of their way to make each service visit for my wife's Crown Vic a good one. They try to give us discounts, wash the car, sign us up for free service programs that give us benefit.
One issue I do have is that we had rear axle seals replaced twice and as a result of the differential fluid leaks, the rear brake pads had to replaced. It's an expensive fix that I think Ford should have picked up 1/2 for. I've never had rear seals go out twice on the same car before. This is the reason for my 4 of 5 stars.

In addition, the service department has thrown in nice perks such as free rentals for the day during the repair. Their commitment to their customers helps make my life easier and keeps me coming back. I wwill not take my car anywhere else.

I have bought several cars from this dealership and have been very happy with the sales and service. I get all my service work done there. I had a van with an intermitent electrical short. It took 5 hrs of work to find it. It was in the firewall somewhere. They only charged me for 2 hrs. I belong to there "Owener Advantage". Last time I got a free oil change and wash. I think it is a very good dealership.

If I called these guys scum it would only put them on par with other car dealers. When I first called them they told me they had a brand new truck sitting in the dealer prep area that had never been in the lot. But once I got there they couldn't find the vehicle. It was a complete ruse to get me into the dealer.

Avoid these guys. They'll take you for everything you're worth.

My husband and I dealt with the internet sales guy: Derek. We purchased a Ford Taurus there. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and when we arrived it still had not been detailed it was covered with dog hair and cigarette smoke. The salesman assured us that it would be taken car of. We had to wait over 10 hours for them to get it clean and buy the car (we didn't even get financed). At the end of the day we finally were fed up and drove home with the car. My husband drove it home. On the way home we found out the gas gauge was broken. We had to pay to get the car detailed the next day because it was still covered with dog hair and digustingness all over. On top of this....they guranteed me the title within a week. It took 2 MONTHS before they got it to us. I was calling all the time asking for the Title as we needed to register the vehicle...etc. We got tickets and everything that I sent to them to pay. Through all of this they were awful to communicate with. I was constantly given the run around about why we didn't have a title. I would NEVER EVER buy a vehicle from them again. They are downright DISHONEST and they have awful customer service. BEWARE!!!

I purchased a 2007 BMW X3 and was told it had the remaining warranty which would cover everything right down to the windshield wipers. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I had several neighbors comment on how odd my car sounded. I brought it to BMW to have it serviced. To my surprise they told me the engine warranty was voided by BMW way before I purchased the vehicle. They told me the reason was because it never had been brought in for it's regular maintenance and had not had an oil change in 30,000 plus miles. I called Superior and they assured me they would take care of me and that they knew nothing about the voided warranty, this is doubtful according to BMW because they had brought the car to BMW before I purchased it . Well , they came far from taking care of me, all they did is rip me off for more money. They ended up saying the only thing they would do is pay half of the repair cost which was well over 2,000. They also would not even pay for an extended warranty since the other was void. I ended up trading the vehicle back to them and they deducted over $2,000 even though I had not changed the value by the number of miles driven (under 1,000). I ended up having to spend over $6,000 to get into a similar vehicle that smelled like smoke and was a car I really am not even happy with. I have several family members in the car business and they all said they definitely should have returned the car. The GM of this dealership was beyond an ass to us. He was so unprofessional and was actually very condescending and rude. I have never been treated so poorly by anyone claiming to be in the service industry. My husband and I are most likely still going to court over this one! BEWARE!!!!!!

My wife and I found the car we wanted (used Prius) and was price at $100. under book value, but they lost one of the ($400) keys and never returned our call when inquired about the key. Thought about buying a second vehicle from them but highly doubtful now. Brookdale Ford not replacing the key was not as big of a deal as the way they handle it.

Brookdale Ford has a pretty good inventory of cars. The sales staff weren't your typical pushy salespeople which was nice. They let me have time look around without pressure.
