Cleaner showed up late and treated my wife like it was her fault. I could have rented a carpet cleaner and done a better job for a lot less. Lastly, we cant prove it but we think the driver actually HIT OUR CAR as he left!

DO NOT CALL Alcazar Cleaning. Their site is misleading and claims great reviews which is a total scam.

Pros: None

Cons: Horrible Employee Attitude

I had two chimneys swept. The guy come 45min. after they said they'd be there. After getting there he asked to borrow a flash light. Then asked if he can charge his cell phone at my house. He asked me to help him plug in his machine (I was toooo nice!). On top of that I was charged the max for each chimney, even before he knew how dirty they were and according to him they weren't too bad. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!

I contacted Alcazar Cleaning based on one of their advertisements claiming $15/per room for carpet cleaning and 30 cents per/sq foot for any really dirty areas. I researched the company's website to find really good reviews for "Ben" who is the owner of the company so I thought I would give them a try. Don't be fooled by these reviews, especially when Ben is not the one doing your carpet cleaning. When our capret cleaning guy showed up he pretty much told me that it was 'mandatory' to pre-treat all the capet in order to get a good cleaning, which of course would cost an additional $125, which he gave me "half price" supposedly, because he knew I was angered with the BS he was feeding me. He told me if I didn't pre-treat then I might as well not even have my carpets cleaned...whatever! To make a long story short, he was in and out in an hours time and my carpet didn't look much cleaner than before he arrived. I called the owner of the company and told him how unprofessional his employee was and the little regard he had for our home, e.g. throwing hoses around, hitting our walls, etc., and he really did not disagree with me and did not seem surprised by my comments. He then said he would send out his best guy (a contracting company) to get the job done right. They was supposed to arrive between 9-11am Sat morning and he didn't actually show up to our place until after 2pm. I understand things happen and things run a bit late but if you know this type of practice happens frequently then tell your customers that so they don't waste their entire day waiting around for someone to arrive. This 'contracting company' did a much better job; however, they did chip our wall with their equipment and didn't even mention it to us. We found it later that day. UGH!! I think the next time I want my carpets cleaned I'm going to rent a professional cleaner and do it myself. That way it will get done right and probably be much cheaper. Don't waste your time with Alcazar Cleaning!!!

Pros: Great advertising to draw you in.

Cons: Unprofessional, carpets DO NOT get clean

.

I did both Duct cleaning and Carpet cleaning.. BEWARE they never do any thing for the advertized price. They guy who did my carpet cleaning said 800$ for entire home and on my lack of intrest, he came down to 500. There were so many spots remaining after he did the cleaning.. Surprisingly, I could remove all those stains usning a normal carpet cleaning solution. I don't have a way to measure my duct cleaning... From my experience, I recomend all of you to stay away from these guys

Pros: They are very good at advertising low cost service

Cons: They charge more than double when they actually do work

I found Alcazar cleaning on a google search and decided to have them come for the duct and vent cleaning, which I believe that they did a good job on, but they were also to do the carpets the same day and charged for both services at once. We had not moved into the house yet so we left the doors unlocked for the worker to come back when he did the job. He came late in the day and called to say that he forgot to clean one of the rooms that we had reminded him to do, as it was under the stairs. He called to inform me that the carpet was in bad shape and some of the stains were permanent and they use expensive enzymes to remove the stains, but the enzymes were not strong enough to get the stains out of my carpet. When we moved into the house we noticed that all the stains remained and thought that maybe they were just that bad. I decided to work at one of the stains that looked like coffee with some Clorox. To my amazement I didn't even have to scrub the stain to remove it from the carpet. I looked at another stain that remained and it was just a surface stain, to which I removed with water. I removed another stain with a $1 carpet cleaning spray. Angered by this I decided to call Alcazar and they informed me that the enzymes move the stains to the surface and don't remove them, but they don't go over the stain again to remove it. Being that the stain was only on the surface it would have come off if they even went over it lightly. I tried to get my money back from them after coming to the conclusion that they hadn't even done the carpet cleaning and they refused a refund, telling me that it's not their policy to refund money. They would do the carpets again, but not refund anyone because it's not in the policy. I just want to inform anyone that wants to hire a good carpet cleaner: (1) be there when they do it, (2) don't pay in advance, (3) make sure that they did the work, all of it. I'm sure they do great work when they do it, but unfortunately I couldn't tell you!

Pros: The rep that I talked to lowered his price for competition, and from what I can tell, did a good job on the vents/ducts.

Cons: I don't believe that they actually did the carpet cleaning
