They have a large banner hanging on the outside of their shop saying "Tires in 30 Minutes". I they should seriously review their timeframes. I originally had 4 tires put on several months ago. I had an appointment and the process took about 2 1/2 hours. Slightly longer than the 30 minutes advertised. I went back about a month later for a rebalance because some of the wheel weights they used to balance one of the tires were coming loose (because they had placed them on top of each other). They had told me it would take less than an hour when I originally made the appointment. I took it in day of the appointment and 2 1/2 hours after I arrived, the vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. Eventually they got around to it, but it was 3 hours in total to rebalance 1 tire. Mind you, I was waiting at the shop the whole time and there response was, "We are real busy today." They should either not try to overbook constantly or hire competent people that can complete work on time. I do not plan on returning there again.

I agree 100% with the last review. Had our office vehicles maintained here for years. In addition, multiple employees used them on their personal vehicles. It began a couple years ago when a new manager came, listening to the manager try to sell unneeded services. Finally had enough when they wanted to replace a 3 month old battery on one of our fleet vehicles. We have moved our fleet vehicles elsewhere and our employees have quit using them.

I was a long time customer of Tires Plus but witnessed it evolve over the years into a shop of questionable ethics. Every time I had my car in for a tire rotation/balance there would always be something else that needed repair. Last straw was when they recommended replacing a tie rod that they replaced 3 months earlier. A tie rod that the Nissan dealer said was fine 2 weeks earlier. Gee, do you think something just isn't right? Never again.
